Excellent flavor. Great packaging. Flavor profile is more exquisite than other na brands. Highly recommend. We will be serving Tost at our son’s wedding. We are creating a nonalcoholic environment for our guests to have a deep, connection with each other and be able to be fully present in the celebration of matrimony.

I am a new subscriber, so it is premature to rate. I have not fallen in love with any of your wines, but your service is terrific, and prices good. ThNk you.

UPDATE: note CEO of TOST has repeatedly taken down my feedback and it's obviously NOT true i sent them four photos all which showed smashed bottles and shards of glass inside a dry box packed by TOST The ENTIRE small bottles delivery was not only damaged but was shipped that way, taped and smashed DRY inside the original box from TOST, and WORSE, when i politely pointed it out bc i have been a long-time customer, the rep blew it off and implied bc i didnt take a photo of the full order which wouldnt fit simply in one picture and they didnt ask for that they asked for an example of the damage which i took, and THEN when i got upset and used words like this was "unprofessional" and the staff were "incompetent" which they were, then they had the NERVE to imply i was threatening then and that they already OVER refunded the order which is NOT true at all. This is a perfect example of people not understanding the BASICS of customer service. when someone is the subject of POOR SERVICE you stay calm and treat them well, you don't attack them for being uncivil and make it all about you as the rep. These people dont know what a J.O.B. is, it's your job to deliver things properly and well and you don't get thanked for that, you get paid for that, it's called doing your job well. and when you and or any of your team members including shippers make mistakes that affect your customers you take ownership of that mistake and ship them replacements and make it right. you don't do what this company does their service is a NIGHTMARE, it's all about them.

We are sorry, you are disappointed. We have, however, repeatedly kindly requested pictures of your damaged bottles. You have been unwilling to provide anything past what shows us that one bottle was indeed missing. We felt that a full refund of sixteen bottles against that one bottle that was missing was adequate in this case. It is not our normal procedure but rather a gesture of goodwill toward a good customer that was upset enough to write us close to twenty different times in a 24-hour period. If you wish to get more than your sixteen-bottle refund then we would just kindly ask once again for pictures so that we can understand what transpired here. ADDITIONALLY: Thanks for these new pictures. We understand how the damage caused by the courier must be very disappointing. Our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We always refund, never replace damages, just in case disappointed customers don't want more beverages delivered. And we would "by policy" only refund what is broken, in this case, still not 100% clear to us, but regardless we do appreciate your past business and your ongoing concern. We will refund the full thirty-two 250mL bottles as a one-time courtesy and gesture of our appreciation for your patronage. If you do wish to reorder replacements, please do so with the refunded monies, and then you can keep the unbroken bottles to enjoy in addition to anything you do choose to order. You are not obligated to order anything additional with our refund but we do hope you will continue to remain our valued customer.

Tost is a wonderful alternative to wine and is absolutely delicious. It isn't sweet, has a high end feel and pairs well with a variety of foods. Highly recommend.
