I only received half of my first order, and customer service has been slow, unhelpful, and I wont be buying anymore from a company that is fine stealing my money.

It wasn’t what I thought i ordered,

No clear communication nor sense of urgency in shipping the items. I ordered on July 2, paid extra shipping for what I thought was priority shipping for a July 10 event that I was hosting. There was hardly any communication and just found out it’s suppose to arrive July 14. That’s unacceptable in 2025. What am suppose to do with a case of your product now. Putting future plans to purchase Tost on hold until this is streamlined and figured out. Extremely disappointed as a customer.

My recent order has still not arrived. Fantastic product when it gets here but always takes so much longer than expected to get here. The case prior to this order had been really shaken up as there wasn’t a technique not to get a Tost shower upon opening.Fingers crossed it arrives soon so I give 5 star to the product but 1 star for delivery

Tost just wasn't for me. To me, it was very much like a soda, without any hint of a wine taste. Further, I didn't like that it had sugar and syrup in it. Sorry!

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. I love the idea of this non-alcoholic alternative "wine," however it is very expensive for what it is. I like that it's a screw cap, but without even being agitated and sitting in the refrigerator for two hours before enjoying, a ton of it bubbled out of the bottle upon opening. I also like the idea of the flavor profile, but none of the ingredients shined. It was bland in my opinion and tasted like a underwhelming ginger ale. For the sugar content being what it is, I'd probably skip... I did like the addition of a subtle hint of quinine. It sort of resembles the finish of alcohol. This was a whole lot of "meh."

Honestly, it is just too sweet. I did not like the flavor.
