The survey came before the product. Product was shipped without notification. I have the one email confirming the purchase that I keep going to to track the order and get the shipping information. And the arrival date has changed a few times. Not clear on arrival date to be fine with, I ordered it 8 days ago for an event yesterday. The product itself is good, I’ve had it before, that’s why I ordered it. But the customer handling from order confirmation to receipt of product has some opportunities for improvement.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. To start, this product tasted great. It doesn't taste like champagne, it's much sweeter. It tastes like a sweeter tea. However, when I opened the bottle, so much of the liquid spewed out from all the carbonation, and I didn't shake it beforehand.

I am a new subscriber, so it is premature to rate. I have not fallen in love with any of your wines, but your service is terrific, and prices good. ThNk you.

It tastes like semi flat ginger ale.
