Disappointed-it's not what I thought I was getting.

Ordered it a week ago. Still hasn’t shipped.

Arrived broken leaking box, sent back.. no info on arrival . great product but poor availability

Unfortunately my case shipment was broken during transit thus deemed undeliverable by UPS who also notified me that you were also notified. When I contacted TÖST you replied that you were not able to refund a wholesaler purchase. I then emailed you back to clarify that I purchased directly from you not a wholesale party AND haven’t heard from you since. This is disappointing since I love your product but it’s not available at any store locally which is why I rely on the online purchase options. I’m now rethinking my loyalty to TÖST!!!

Half of my order is missing and my wedding is tomorrow. There is no fixing the issue at this point. I left a voicemail. Please contact me first thing on Monday about refunding me the other order.

I still have not received my order so lengthy delays and hard to trust this service so far. I had planned to set up a regular delivery like a wine club Membership as I really like the product but so far I have paid and got nothing

I bought this once to try it, and after 1 glass poured it down the drain. There are a good number of quite acceptable non-alcoholic alternative beverages, but this is not one of them. It tastes different from anything I have ever tried...to me it resembles something a 6 year old would concoct if he experimented with a chemistry set and the leftovers he found in the kitchen. To be fair, it is tea based (I did not closely look at the bottle when I bought it), and I am a coffee fanatic who always despised all forms of tea...so that might be part of it for me. So next time I will chose on of the very decent dealcoholized wines I tried before.

The company got the shipping address wrong which was a HUGE issue. I emailed TOST about the issue and never heard back. Badly done Tost. Badly done.
