Hello; We apologize for the problem you experienced. We had problems with the shipping company during those months and I am sorry that we could not fulfill your order on time. In order to provide a better service in the future, we made an agreement with a different shipping company. Now everything is as it should be and we deliver on time. Unfortunately, you can charge your case by separating it from the wallet as it has a magnetic structure. We are working on solving this problem in the future. Best regards Erdi BALTA TORONATA OWNER www.toronata.com
