Jacketcraze Hi I would avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a jacket in July and have never received it. When I have contacted them they say it was dispatched. In Subsequent contacts they keep apologising and say then same until the most recent when they say that the jacket is now not on its way and that they had a payment processing problem at their end and if u want to contact my bank to reclaim the payment they would support it. Weird to say the least I wait to see how the reclaim will go. But I wouldn’t trust them! Thanks for the reply. You have all my details inc email and credit card etc if you want to resolve
