I’m very disappointed with the shipping process. About 3 weeks after my order I didn’t receive any feedback. I’ve called the company representative and he told me the he just got the information the the package was lost. I suspect that they didn’t send it at all. Two days later I got a notification by mail that the package was sent. The order was placed on September 28th. Now it’s October 27th and the package is still on its way

I love your product, but you have to improve your customer support performance. All is great when there are not any problems, however the inability to provide support other than chat is not complimenting your sales. The return policy is fairly disorganized and service overall seems to be where you need to focus significantly on to achieve positive results.

I like the Wallet case very much. However there are already foreseeable issues. Where the leather curves at the top and bottom of the spine I can already feel micro cracks that will grow larger very quickly. The overall feel is nice but not for the price. This was too expensive for what you get, especially since "it was on sale". 125$cdn is too much for this kind of quality. I could've gotten a beautiful Gen.leather croc from aliexpress for 26$cdn but I treated myself thinking this was better and sadly very disappointed.

Hello. First of all, thank you for your review. But we do not use artificial or artificial leather like Chinese products. All our products are made of genuine calfskin. Maybe there may be a problem with the product sent to you and we apologize for this. If you want, contact us and tell us the problem with photos. I can send a new case for you. I also don't think you will get this kind of customer support from any Chinese vendor. We always try to value our customers. I try to explain this visually in product packaging that our customers are valuable. We are still a small company, but believe that if you support us, we will maximize our service and products! I had great difficulty finding a case for my 4th gen iPad Pro 11”. After exhausting Amazon I found Toronata who had a leather case. Had a bit of difficulty with email and text to contact them to be certain it would fit. The transaction and shipping went very well and the case fit. The leather is not soft but finished on the surface rather hard. Was not what I expected from cowhide and not what I had experienced with other leather phone and IPad cases. It is very sturdy, made well and seems to protect my device well.
