Top Shelf CookiesReviews of topshelfcookies.com

Placed an order as a gift for the cookies of the month. The communication via email regarding questions I had was easy and friendly. My mother in law just received her first box and is over the moon! She called me raving about the quality and taste stating they are the best cookies she’s ever tasted and she’s 75!

Top Shelf is the place to go for a cookie for yourself, for a deserving child, or for party platters. Heather and her crew have carried this business through an incredibly difficult two years. The new sign is so eye catching, I hope everyone on Gallivan turns in, even if they have to bang a U-ey! Forget about a fancy NYC cookie company coming to Newbury Street, these are cookies for the people!

I had top rate customer service from Top Shelf Cookies! I ordered my cookies well in advance of Christmas yet was given the option (via personal email) to delay shipping until closer to Christmas. This was a much appreciated service. And then the cookies..... AMAZING!! I loved every single flavor! They were fresh, delicious and flavorful! I will definitely be back for more!

Good cookies!

Cookies of the Month (COTM) is a great holiday gift that we give to friends and family. Long after Christmas, a sweet unique cookie arrives as a special treat monthly. Family has said they "love seeing that box" arrive!

Very easy! Many options. Prompt service...even during the holidays! Thank you!

I only ate one but sent my son a box and they seemed very happy with all the cookies. Shipping was easy to track.

I originally placed the order and realized I didn’t leave a note for the recipient. Also, the delivery was going to be sooner than I anticipated. I contacted the company and they were great. Not only were they prompt on responding, but they willing to adjust the delivery date and add the message. I was at the recipients house yesterday and was able to see the package. I was shocked! Someone actually hand wrote the message I had sent. The cookies hadn’t been tested yet, but they smelled good and were well packaged!!
