Heather Yunger didn't take a typical path into the culinary world, it came mostly out of a crazy (but effective) superstition. A superstition for her beloved Boston Bruins meant bringing her signature cookie, Black & Golds, for every home game.

The cookies were awesome. Only problem (slight) was tracking the order/delivery. I will definitely recommend the cookies from Top Shelf!!

This is a wonderful service. I had a little trouble getting exactly what I wanted and received several emails and follow ups to clarify. Great service and my niece in college says the cookies are fabulous.

Sorry it was a little bumpy to start, we're working on that part of it, we are better cookie bakers than computer programmers, we are thankful for your patience

Delivery took longer than expected, but the cookies were appreciated. Clever & intriguing flavor combinations & delicious!

Shawn, Thanks for your order and taking the time to leave us a review. Carrier delays are unfortunately the reality at this time of year. We're going to be making some deadline changes next year to keep everyone's expectations realistic. Most importantly, the cookies were enjoyed, which is what we can control. Thank you for supporting our small business

Of course, your cookies are superb & well worth waiting for but we were asked for our preferred 'date of delivery' (they were a gift!) and they were not delivered on the date promised. No doubt the USPS fault - but, sorry, couldn't give you an A+, 5 Stars, this time!

We are sorry, we faced many challenges down the stretch with staffing and we wanted to get some packages out quicker to get ahead of that USPS clog up, but unfortunately we couldn't overcome all the challenges. We'll strive fo the A+ next time
