I believe I already filled this out…
I believe I may have already filled this out shortly after I signed up for TopLine Insurance coverage. But, because I feel I was lucky enough to find a company which through my research and word of mouth has integrity I will do so again. My agent was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining every aspect of my policy which gave me a strong sense of trust that I had selected the best Insurance Company. She was also extremely pleasant and answered my questions when I made several phone calls back without being annoyed that I didn't understand some things which she had already explained to me. Thank you. Also I think it's awesome that in events of approaching hurricanes, etc. you send us so much information that will make it easier for us to get support from you in the event of a disaster. Thank you again.

First few people I spoke with extremely…
First few people I spoke with extremely incompetent and cost me my good flood policy, cost me having to purchase new very stripped down policy which they still haven’t sent to mortgage co - now mortgage co is purchasing me additional policy - this is costing me a lot of money! And to deal with! Horrible co!
