Lowest price but incompetent broker
The agent we ended up with through our mortgage broker is completely sloppy and gives incomplete information with complete lack of accountability. Currently working on replacing the broker in charge of the policy.

Good communication
I am new to this insurance company, but I am impressed how they have stayed in touch with me as to what my rates are for the upcoming year. Homeowners insurance these days is a scary thing so I appreciate it.

I was unhappy that the underwriters…
I was unhappy that the underwriters came back with requests to fix things almost three months after the 4 pt physical inspection. They need to improve their turn around times.
