Please l like everything about your company and also have patience too

Soon enough after enrolling into one of the interview programs, I realized it doesn’t align with what I was expecting. Within a weeks’ time, I requested for a refund and to cancel the order before even taking the services. The team has since then refused to refund my money, not reachable and has diverted me to a call center in another country who is not proficient enough to handle this request. They have just become messengers between the team in US and me. The team is US has forgotten customer service and has refused to respond to me. They have held back my money and are forcing me to take up the services. I have conveyed multiple times to not wish to proceed but still do not care. I have lost close to $400 and it is my hard earned money. This is nothing but a scam. It’s okay to not proceed with the services but they are running such unethical and unprofessional practices. Would they thrive keeping a customers $400 for no service. It is really a shame.

I wish Nick and the team @ TopInterview a fabulous New Year 2023! Nick is a thoroughbred coach! He helped me feel at absolute ease with the kind of holistic outlook that I could carry on my shoulders for the most critical probable scenarios during an interview. His pre-study of the given subject / Job role is commendable. The business terminologies, apt phrases and a new perspective that Nick regenerated in me helped me land a job that I was trying hard for. I wish Nick and the team @ TopInterview greater success! I highly recommend Nick & TopInterview for the best Interview coaching. - AJ

Nick was extremely helpful and provided great advice and feedback to help me prepare for my interviews. Very professional and friendly as well.

Nick is a true professional. He was insightful and has lots of experience working with candidates applying for Fortune 100 companies. Not only did he conduct our mock interviews that were very similar to the actual questions, but he reviewed the answers and helped me reshape how I answered my questions. If I could give him 100 stars, I would!!

The last time I did a job interview was 7 years ago and I needed a coach to help me organize my thoughts and present myself the best way possible when doing video interviews with hiring managers, directors, CFO, etc. Working with Nick D was amazing and exceeded my expectations! I gave him the job descriptions to prepare for upcoming interviews. He reviewed the positions and his thorough analysis of my mock interview prepared me to stand out as a candidate. His feedback for the answers I gave was so valuable and I followed his advice. He not only helped me secure multiple round interviews but also handling multiple job offers and the strategy with salary negotiations. Nick went above and beyond what was asked for and I ultimately got the dream job that I wanted! I’m so grateful to have had him by my side throughout this interview process. Thank you so much Nick!

Nick did a great job - I hired him when I was interviewing for Docusign, and most recently Slack. We are 2/2 when working together!!! Nick went above and beyond with his questions, gave great advice and ultimately helped me craft a story about my experience that blew away both interview panels. Working with Nick D helped me secure my dream job both times, when each role had hundreds of applicants. When prepping with him for interviews, he’s predicted on multiple accounts what questions the interview panels will ask. This extra preparation and direction with answers helped elevate my skill set and ultimately helped me secure two coveted roles that will change the direction of my life. Thank you Nick for your time, attention and direction. If you have a role that’s important to you, I highly recommend investing in yourself, in Nick and ultimately your future. Thank you Nick D for all that you do - always a pleasure.
