I purchased the standard coaching option which amounted to $249. I had my first interview with my coach 2 weeks ago. The experience was OK, to say the least. I couldn't really hear what my coach was saying half the time; the video and audio were both choppy on their end, and connectivity issues occurred frequently. Ultimately, the coaching lasted for roughly 10-15 minutes even though it was supposed to be a 30 min session. After our session, my coach asked me to send them my elevator pitch which I did but haven't heard from them since. Regarding the substantive aspect of the session, I personally did not think the advice given was THAT helpful, and to an extent, obsolete. You can find advice/tips related to interviews for free online. I have another session with them but I'm not really sure if I'm going to book it. Overall, it was not worth the money.

I expected more organization. I paid for a two day resume turn around. I filled out all questionaires in the requested time. however, I was not paired with a write on time. I was met with excuses as to why the service I paid extra for was not met. I was also not initially offered a refund or extra services as compensation for this error. I have not seen the results the service boasts about. I have not been offered my money back either as is their guarantee. The interview prep was helpful but impersonal. Overall, I believe the service has the right idea but needs to make several adjustments to customers of a Covid world.
