I ordered a paint spray gun instead I received a needle kit for the spray gun due to a part number mixup in their system. I received an email requesting me to drive and drop off the wrong item at a FedEx shipping center and supply them with a copy of the email. The nearest FedEx shipping center is 35-45 minute drive.

Bought a hydraulic cylinder, Put it on and it leaked worse than the old one. Took a picture of the leak never got to use it. Sent it in and the response was for me to wait and then they sent a return number and a print out. Guess what at the bottom it said if the product has been installed no return. Does this sound normal. No this is a Biden response. Yes Mr Orr you just got screwed and I bet you are not happy. I will never buy here again.

Web site listed an item that they did not carry. Sent a wrong item instead. When contacted for return they said that the web site listed the wrong size and a RA and shipping label would be provided in 24 -72 hours. 3 contacts over 3 weeks and never received the RA or the label but was promised each time that it would just be another 24-72 hours. Do not order from these guys unless you do not care what you get.

Horrible customer service. They put you on hold for longer than 10 mins. I asked to talked to the supervisor multiple times and these indian agents DO NOT transfer me to the supervisor. Keep repeats that they already gave all the info to me so i dont need to talk to a supervisor. But if i want to then they will transfer me to a supervisor but ask me to explain why i need to talk to a supervisor. I explain and they respond that they already gave me all the info so i dont need to talk to a supervisor. Repeats. Annoying as hell.
