This is a scam, I purchased a group ticket ( for my family ) on the promise that it can be refundable. Two days after checking with my family, they said they cannot attend. The representative said that it is not refundable, was really rude, said that I should check the terms and conditions. I confronted him with the fact that Tony said it is refundable, he said read the terms and conditions that's all that I have for you !! Be aware folks.

Be careful before you give your credit card details t!! I was and still, I am following many life- principles I learnt from Tony and I am grateful for that. I shared that knowledge with many and got all my family members and many friends to do his courses too!. So Why I am giving only One star? I am very disappointed with the organisation high pressure sales techniques and selling the products to the vulnerable clients that they are not interested or requesting and charging their credit card dispute disputes raised. So call the organisation sales/marketing or Mastery team keep ignoring your emails and phone calls left but enjoying charging unauthorised fees from the credit card. Future participants, please be aware of their high pressure sales techniques and do not get caught up by giving your credit card details. Ask them to send the contract before you agree and give them your credit card. They will not send even an invoice/receipt unless you ask for one. Everything is done so fast and they sell more than what you asked for and charge to your credit card. If you are overseas (eg Australia) please be mindful that regulators will find it hard to apply Australian trade laws as they sell their products online/overseas. Extremely hard to get a response from the organisation. The business coaching I got from my coach was a complete waste of time! On a positive note, Tony's books are great, UPW was great. DWD was OK. The rest is pretty much selling more products!! This is my experience. I tried to resolve my dispute many times and failed to date and appalled by their customer service and this review is as a result.

Currently on a Unleash The Power Within event and we have had TR for 13 hours out of a 72 hour event with at least two of the days being sales and marketing of all the other products and products TR is connected with being sold !!! I would not recommend signing up to these on line events as they are by far just adverts for there money making schemes and with the live in person events you can actually network properly!! Do not I say don’t ever go to one of these !!!!

Content dragged out over 24hrs (&counting) that could have been delivered in 4-6hrs max! Sold to for other courses when this one hasn’t even finished. Time zones not considered so up until 2am which isn’t good for your health! Honestly very disappointed & would like a refund

they hound you RELENTLESSLY trying to flog you anything they can as soon as you show any interest - and yet are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of when you want to cancel. They take your money and then ignore you unless there’s something else they want to sell. Expect daily unwanted emails selling another “amazing” product and no response to your complaints or requests to stop. So self serving - bragging about feeding people when it’s a drop in the bucket for this company which is the most greedy, boastful, money grabbing enterprise I’ve ever come across. Doesn’t he have enough? How much more money does he need to take from others?? Especially in the current environment. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM is all I can say. Appalling.

I have been following Tony Robbins for 30 years and he has been a huge asset to my world! I started with tapes, moved to disks and have now attended both Business Mastery and UPW and have hired one of his very reputable business coaches. For the folks with bad reviews, did you really walk the talk and take the steps? If you work on yourself and your business everyday, your success is guaranteed.

Whatever you do, don’t ever sign up for Tony Robbins results coaching. They will pressure you to sign up by manipulating your psychology and get you to pay thousands of dollars and if you need to cancel for ANY reason they will charge you a $1,000 cancellation fee. I was pressured into signing up for a year and they charged me $8700 a month before they promised and then I only spoke to my coach once within 2 months. I went to cancel after being promised I wouldn’t be charged a cancellation fee and I was charge $995. Don’t trust them. I love Tony Robbins so this was a HUGE let down for me. They’re snakes.
