As others have said this company is a TOTAL SCAM. The product was absolutely not as described, complete trash. I asked to return and they offered me a partial refund. I chose to send it back for a full refund as even with the tracked postage to China it was more than they were offering. I put everything correctly on the packaging including the value of the item. It has been in China waiting for them to pay a fee since February. They won’t give me a refund, they won’t pick it up. I’m down £100. You cannot send an item back to China and insure it for the value of its contents, only the postage fee. And unless you claim the postage fee in 28 days you get nothing.

I ordered a jacket, when I asked to exchange it for the correct size they tried to get me to accept a partial refund which of course was no help at all. Eventually they issued me with instructions to return the item which I followed to the letter. The item was tracked to customs in China and then did no move. Given the cost of return posted I lost £100 due to the dishonesty of this seller. Steer well clear.

Absolute rubbish. Avoid T Hollinger like the plague. This company are crooks, sizes are too small and you have to pay for shipping to send it back to China, if you're lucky to get a refund, it's only 30%. They're a total rip off.

Friend bought a jacket for £69. It finally arrived and it was no larger than a med when 2XXL was ordered. Be warned this company is a scam. Read all the reviews before you lose your money. My friend is retired and its a lot of money to lose. They will charge you to return it and you still wont get a refund or the correct size sent to you.

Total scam. My husband ordered a jacket in 3xl and it wouldn’t fit our grandson who’s 12. Offered a discount to keep it or pay to return to china. Opted for the latter and it cost a fortune, they claim it’s never been received, shows as pending when you track it so clearly no such address. They just keep saying we have not returned it. This company should be closed down and prosecuted for fraud, never ever be conned into using them.

The quality was poor and the sizes were wrong, definitely not designed for Europeans. We tried to send the items back but they tried to get us to take something else. When I did return it they asked I not put the full amount to cover the cost, so they would pay import duties. I complied. It was returned, but they claimed it never arrived. So I'm out of pocket. I would never buy from them again or recommend them.

Brought two pairs of boots came wrong size no paperwork included. Returned to senders address and raised dispute with PayPal kept receipt of return. Never got refund and PayPal sided with seller as it was not returned directly to them even no return address was never supplied. Avoid this company like the plague

Sizing is a joke, even after ordering 2 sizes above my usual it was still too small. Customer service was appalling, clearly AI generated responses. You cannot return items and have to ship them back at your own expense to china which defeats the point of getting a refund. To top it off, delivery took nearly a month. Absolute joke of a company.
