I bought some shoes without knowing they would come from China. The shoes were MUCH too small (sizing was ridiculous) so I asked to send them back. Their customer service (based in Germany) said I would need to return them to their Chinese warehouse - at my own expense. The shoes were useless to me so I asked them for a Chinese phone number and valid receiver tax ID - info needed to send these shoes back. I asked this in 6 separate emails (03/06 06h35, 03/06 18h33, 04/06 07h26, 04/06 21h51, 05/06 07h29, 05/06 20h30), knowing that I could not return the shoes without this information. On 10/06 at 09h30 Nina said “Regarding the phone number and Receiver tax ID, we understand the challenges you faced. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a specific phone number or tax ID for customs purposes. We recommend using the address provided above for your return shipment”. I gave up waiting for the information and decided to send the shoes to China without a Chinese phone number or valid receiver tax ID for customs. But Nina knew that the shoes would not be able to be delivered and that they would not have to make a refund. And here we are 2 weeks later: the shoes are sitting in Chinese customs and they are doing nothing, saying they can’t refund me because they have not received the shoes. Essentially it’s fraudulent. But the good news is that they tell me, in all their emails, “We are here to help and to ensure that your experience with our store improves moving forward.” Judging by previous reviews on Trustpilot, this is clearly not the case. They are a US business with a sales office in Germany and a poor-quality warehouse in China. A structure clearly intended to con as many people as possible with no recourse I will continue to post poor reviews.

Lesson learnt, always check company reviews. I ordered a pair of trainer/walking shoes. They arrived within 8 days but are far, far too small (and poorly made). Customer service is a complete joke and the returns policy requires the items to be returned to China at the purchasers expense. (I didn’t know that until it was too late ). I am left with shoes that I cannot use and the company are left with my hard earned cash. I always try to stick with European makers but it’s almost impossible these days. Buyer beware and avoid this company at all costs costs.

You have to send returns to China at your own expense within 14 days of receiving them. Would never have purchased had I known this. Ended up with shoes that don’t fit and I don’t like. Would never buy from them again.

Firstly I have had to give one star to get this review published DO NOT under any circumstances buy anything from this company based in China ( you might as well give your money to a stranger on the street ) My purchase of a men’s fitted corded shirt arrived looking like a rag , was not fitted , was mega huge in width and the seams were unfinished . Customer services Had no return labels Returns were to China I was offered to keep the unsuitable item and offered a 10% refund of .£3.95 ??? Another cheap sweat factory manufacturer trading under a Germany company guise . Website is mega impressive - glossing over a sweat shop AVIOD at all costs !!!

Es wird mit Premium-Marken geworben, aber minderwertige Ware kommt an. Teilweise sind noch nicht mal Etiketten bzgl. Zusammensetzung eingenäht. Zudem ist die Rücksendung sehr kompliziert und mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Absolut unseriös, Finger weg für Bestellungen

terrible purchase - do NOT buy their return policy says you have 14 days to think about it and then return , however to accept return you must not open it - how strange they are trying everything they can to ensure you dont return or and also - return cost as yours and they will be huge - DO NOT PURCHASE

Rip off don't go near. The photos are extremely misleading) and possibly even different products) the top I bought was just a very cheap quality product but at reasonably high end price

I thought this was a German company but everything is from China, poor quality and the measurements are ridiculous. Ordered a 6XL waterproof jacket and when it came it's a size Xtra large. The returns policy is so long winded it easier to just give it away to someone else and lose money. I will not be using this company again.
