Very poor . Their website looks like this is an European company but they have no physical European presence. I purchased a coat size 3X with the intention of wearing it over a leather jacket. It was so small I was unable to do it up while I can wear a Burghus coat size XL over my jacket. They refused any refund unless I post it back to China . They appear to have an AI driven customer service department which after numerous back and forth emails offered me a 40% refund and keep the coat. So be aware getting the wrong size will not mean a simple exchange. It is not a European company trading under our law and it says so in its terms and conditions when you eventually find an English version. The terms and conditions I initially looked up were in German

I wish I had read reviews before ordering.Suede jacket ordered not suede. Site claims to be English but actually Chinese.Cheap product ,will not be returning the jacket as I do not want to pay over £20 to return and have to wait for a refund from this company which sounds really stressful.

Would have given zero if it was an option. Website shares images that bear no resemblance to the item you receive. Cancelled within the 24 hour policy but was told had already shipped (it hadn’t). Appears to be a Chinese site made to look European. Beware before you buy.

I ordered a medium size waterproof jacket for £62. It was nearly two weeks arriving and when it came it was several sizes too small, although this the size I normally take. I had looked for sizing information on the website, but there was none. The quality of the jacket is also fairly poor. I should have read reviews before ordering. The fact that there are no reviews on the website should also have been a clue.

This company did not respond to initial enquiries about my order. I ordered a suedette jacket for my daughter's birthday but the communication was poor. When they did respond, they offered 20% discount on future orders, then this reduced to 10%! When I repeatedly asked when I could expect my order, they said repeatedly it was on its wsy, which is when i realised it must be coming from China. They said they do not provide return labels & there was no paperwork to respond to either when the goods eventually arrived. The suedette is not what I would call suedette & quality is poor. Sadly, they now say I am responsible for returning the goods to China (I didn't realise TomHollinger were operating out of China)! And bearing any costs. What an awful experience. I would never order from this company again.

Do not buy from this site. Everything is imported from China and is cheap tat. Returns are to China and take at least a month and cost £25/30 to return.

I placed an order and then checked Truspilot too late :( I cancelled the order more or less straight away but it was ignored until after the 24 hour cancellation policy expired. The goods have arrived but they are of extremely poor quality, clearly Tom Hollinger reviews are fake. Unfortunately they don't have a UK return address.

A total scam from start to finish. After placing my order to deliver my item to an address in Fife, Scotland I noticed on my delivery notifications from start advised my delivery address was in London. No amount of emails to them explaining that they've changed my address has made any difference. They accused me of providing this address!! Why would I provide an address in another country!! Total scammers wish I had realised and first time I had not read the reviews. Big mistake, do not order from this site.
