Utterly disappointed in this jersey top , the material is flat cheap rubbish! It looks nothing like the image in the advert !? As previously stated it is cheap Chinese tat - stay away !

⭐ AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ⭐ Absolutely shocking service from Tom Hollinger. I was told my order had been delivered, but it never arrived. When I asked for help, they repeatedly told me to “contact the local courier” without even telling me who the courier is! No tracking information, no support, no accountability. Weeks later, I still have no parcel and no real answers. Utterly unprofessional and frustrating AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I should have come here before this purchase. The cost that I bought is like a toy. It's supposed to be XL but would barely fit a child. The material is thin and obviously not waterproof. The lining also thin. Returns at your own cost to China. The returns policy says they reserve the right to refuse. Learn from my mistake. Avoid

I wish I had read Trustpilot before ordering from this company. A total scam, using similar name to honest suppliers, pretending to be based in Germany, hiding China as source, supplying very poor quality goods, strange size categories with no way to check, impossible returns/refunds processes (good money after bad!), offering small discounts to keep goods as "gifts"! I'm amazed that technology cannot prevent such operators from using major credit cards and PayPal?

Read the reviews was just about to order a couple of pairs of shoes and a coat big thank you to all that warned me about Tomholinger I’ll go else where :@(

Great price and lovely item. Came from China but tracking updates throughout and arrived in less than two weeks. They even provided me with a 15% refund as I’d expressed concern about the reviews I’d read on here post purchasing. Really good customer service.

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE Absolute con, what was sent never resembled the online image or description at all, the worst quality and experience possible. Was sold as knitted jumper what arrived was in an A4 envelope as it was so thin, definitely not knitted, think poor quality T shirt material at best. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DON’T LET THEM SCAM YOU LIKE I WAS.

if i could give minus I would. total scam. pretending to be from germany. based in china. the usual send you a substandard piece of shit, make it very difficult to return it, make stupid offers of keeping it with a discount and just everything everyone else has written. when is something going to be done about these unscrupulous liars?
