Ordered XL Mens Jacket. Delivered a SMALL Size after waiting 2 weeks. Rubbish service

Should have read reviews before purchasing, never again. Completely different jacket turned up to order, not the greatest quality and wanted to return. Only to find out it would be at my own cost and risk. Offered to keep jacket at a 10% discount. Utter scam, shouldnt be allowed. AVOID.

Absolutely rubbish. Item was completely different from what was advertised and sold. Size was also much smaller than usual UK size. Please avoid this at all cost.

I bought 2 pairs of Tom Hollinger rain boots. Both sets are too small and are poor quality, made with stiff plastic/rubber, which is uncomfortable. They pretend they are EU and US based with their contact numbers, and include a thank you card in German with these boots. But they are actually based in China and are a scam. Only when trying to organise a return and refund for the boots is it clear that the whole operation is run from a warehouse in China - contact name Pan Da (funny?) - and return postage is £30. Give them a miss and keep your money with you and not a scam.

Bought a jacket which looked good on the photo when it arrived I knew straight away no tags the hood Velcro to fasten it both bits of Velcro were on the same side the site never should be aloud on google it should be took down a pure con it’s a disgrace the material as well cheek to put £180 down to £80 it’s the biggest scam on google so folk do not buy from this Tom hollinger site a pure scam

I would give this retailer no stars but there is not an option. A jacket I ordered size XL would not fit a 14 year old boy. It took 3 weeks to arrive. No customer service or accountability for the delay. Do not buy from this comapny!!!!!!!

Horrible stuff wanted to return even paying the postage but will not give telephone number for courier service. Will contact credit card provider and see AVOID with capital letters

I am an optimist, I believe most people want 'to do the right thing.' However, sadly there will always be people who are immoral and have no sense of integrity and self respect. I pity them, their life will amount to nothing.
