They were very professional, prompt and polite. Great company to book through! No surprises and one great memory. Wish I could do it all again.

After we had made room reservations, we asked our guesthouse owners about snorkeling and other activities in Maui, They referred us to Tom Barefoot Tours, who patiently answered questions after we had seen their activity listings online. They booked us and, when we had follow-up logistical questions, they were equally as patient. They didn't just drop us once they had our payment, as I was afraid they might. They were genuinely interested in seeing that we got the kind of activities we wanted, with no logistical snags, within our budget limitations. If you're visiting the island, especially for the first time, Tom's is a sure bet for setting up your trip activites.

My husband and I have used Tom Barefoot’s Tours several times on Oahu, Maui, Kauai and Hawaii. They are a company we feel we can trust and they have never disappointed us. We feel we’re getting closer to the “locals’” price with the option of a variety of activities to chose from on each island. Their videos give a good review of many activities. Reading reviews of each excursion beforehand has given a more accurate representation of what to expect. We highly recommend working with Tom Barefoot’s Tours on your next trip out to the Hawaiian islands! Aloha and Mahalo!

The Damien Kalaupapa trip was like a pilgrimage. The flight over and back were seamless and our tour guide, John McBride, was amazing.

Hi Cheri and Ken. We did check on your flight with the helicopter company you went with that day. They do record a video with each flight and make it available for purchase afterward however on that specific day they told us that there was a malfunction with the recorder and consequently they were not able to provide you with the video.
