Sadly my experience was not the best. Out of five excursions I only went through Toms once and they messed up the time on that one. The other four, we would have had to sit through a “time share” sales pitch to get our tickets. NO THANKS. I just contacted each of my excursions independently and had a great time.

Regrettably Bob, you are absolutely right. We checked with the sales person who took your order and she did book you at a time you did not request. No excuses. As a double check we always send the vouchers with all the details to the client as soon as it is booked and ask them to review the details. Unfortunately you did not pick up on the discrepancy either. Sorry to have disappointed you. We realize that your time here here in Hawaii is very precious to you and the last thing we want to do is through an unnecessary wrench into your plans. Our sincere apologies.
