Scott
Miss Led
I still haven’t seen my other half of my refund I was promised. I was told I would get a full refund for lack of explanation and false promises. I was told I would get one thing and told when I reconfirmed my fishing with the company I would go with that I was miss led. So I have been promised a full refund and have only have gotten half it back.

This is what actually happened. The boat has a capacity for 6 persons. When Scott attempted to make a reservation with the bass fishing company he was the only one who would have been on the charter. The company has a policy that there needs to be a two person minimum before they will go. Our agent suggested that if he really wanted to go then he could pay for two seats and it would be confirmed and essentially would become a private boat just for him if no one else signed up. Later, one other person signed up which legitimized the minimum charter and so we refunded him the cost of the second seat. At this point he had simply paid for the original amount that he had signed up for to begin with. When he showed up at the boat and there was another person going with him he claimed that he should have the entire boat to himself and then refused to go. For some reason he expected to have the entire boat as a private after only having paid for one single person. We did the best we could to make this tour happen for Scott but yet he was upset. We spoke to the bass fishing company this morning and they authorized a complete refund for Scott even though he cancelled within the cancellation period and forced them to go out on the tour with less then their minimum required amount of people. We previously refunded the first passenger and have now refunded the second ticket. This tour happened yesterday and today is the first time we heard about this and so it is our first time to be able to figure out what happened and process a refund. Remarkably, the company was very kind in allowing the refund within the cancellation period and ironically the other person who took the boat tour ended up on a private boat for just one person.
