What a great time! The crew were friendly and helpful, we felt that we were visiting with friends.

The staff at Tom Barefoots went out of their way to help me. In the near futur i plan to book more excursion and will not hesitate to book them here. Thanks again to the Staff for being so helpful.

The order process was very simple however, after waiting two days, I never received an email that confirmed my tour. I called the customer service number the day prior to my scheduled tour and was then told that my tickets had never been sent out to me and that they would be emailed that day...Thank goodness I called regarding my order status or the tour would have never taken place. I'm still not sure what the problem was or why the vouchers had not been sent but, I did eventually receive them.

Was not impressed with who I talked too, didn’t seem like he was personal or really very helpful,, he gave wrong information, n when we got to luau it was nothing like he said, which left us very confused, where to go n what to expect, not impressed at all!! Dissatisfy with this company!

KBM management put us in contact with tombarefoot and we were very pleased with the service. Very easy to contact and talk to. Also very helpful with the pluses and minuses of different activities.
