We thought in 2024 we were buying a quality-built home from a reputable builder, but that was sadly not the case. We bought a 2,128-sf home, they built a 2,048-sf home without disclosing. Ten days prior to closing we found the blueprints is how we learned of the SF. They offered and we accepted compensation but then they double slapped our face and retracted it. Toll Brothers gets an F for post construction customer service. The Kitchen package we selected has an injury causing flaw, the kitchen hood sticks out too far and is prone to causing face/head injury.

Very Poor customer service and horrible warranty process. Cheap and even poor quality of materials and craftsmanship. A company that advertises about luxury and quality should be competent when it comes to communication, timely resolutions, and professionalism. Hudson landing in beacon lacks in many areas with the items above and that is with my wife and I living about a year with dealing with the issues above. I can’t imagine how terrible the warranty and customer process will be with future issues!

They will not fix a thing well after close. Might as well call the shop class in a local high school to give it a go. An apartment complex probably does a better job at paint, warranty service, or repairs.

This has been the worst purchase experience of my life! I have bought many brand new homes in the valley for over 25 years and my latest experience with Toll Brothers has by far been the absolute worst! Whatever you do please don’t purchase a home with this builder unless you want consistent headaches and stress! Purchasing a home is suppose to be a great experience and something to be proud of but I would rather be a renter instead of own a home with Toll Brothers! I’m very disappointed, depressed, and sad about this purchase with Toll Brothers! One of the biggest mistakes of my life!

I wanted to buy a home and I had a chance to talk to the sale rep at Tolls Brothers, and her name is Debbie McCallion. She was so rude and impatient. She just told me all info was online and she just sounded like she wanted to get off the call from me asap. They need someone more polite and respectful to represent them.

I deeply regret purchasing a home from Toll Brothers. What was promised as a high-quality investment turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. Despite the premium price I paid, the construction quality is shockingly poor—within a short time, I discovered serious issues, including a leak that should be clearly covered under warranty. Unfortunately, their customer service has been nothing short of appalling. I reached out multiple times, only to be met with rudeness, evasion, and a complete lack of responsibility. Rather than honoring the warranty, their team—including Felicity Garza, who oversees my case—has gone out of their way to avoid accountability. The representatives I spoke with were unhelpful and even disrespectful, acting as if they were doing me a favor just by listening. For a company that markets itself as a luxury homebuilder, Toll Brothers has failed on every level. I do not recommend them to anyone. Save yourself the frustration, money, and heartache. What they sell is an image, not reality.

We have had the usual problems up to this point, be it landscape, floor tiles popping, and other things you might expect when buying from a company that uses subpar contractors. But now we have a fire suppression system that is leaking due to the products and contractors that were used. We have reached the point where no one will even work on the fire suppression system unless you give them an open checkbook. Do not buy from this company! They might build luxury homes but NOT quality homes!

My husband and I decided to purchase a home with a Toll Brothers community based on the quality of their homes compared to other builders. Our realtor also agreed that Toll Brothers were superior to other builders as far as, the overall experience and their homes. Our initial communication with the sales office was just that. Courteous, punctual and thorough. However, we are about 1 month in to the building process and the customer service has gone downhill. Before the initial signing, we reviewed all of the structural changes we wanted with our home. This included discussing in great detail that we wanted a wooden banister up our stair case, to include where a half wall would be at the entrance of the loft. We left this meeting very excited! Fast forward 2 months at our design appointment, our design consultant went over in detail the changes we chose which included confirming that we chose a “half wall” instead of a “wooden banister”. We immediately said that is incorrect. Rachel, our design consultant, emailed Quinn, the sales realtor that it was incorrect on that day (2/28/2025). This was before actual construction had taken place. We followed up with Quinn a day or two later for an update. We were told by Tyler, the construction manager, that a change like that is simple at “this point in construction”. We were told by Quinn, the manager would have a meeting and get back to us on whether the change could occur as they have a policy supposedly no changes once construction had started. Well, construction had not started and likely the materials had not been ordered at this point either. Almost 4 weeks later, we have not heard from a manager. We have not received an answer one way or the other. Toll Brothers is literally evading a conversation with buyers who are spending hundreds of thousands of dollars with connections within the communities in which they build. They are proving they do not care about the relationships they build with their buyers. It almost seems they are going to delay a conversation until it gets to a point of no return in the building process.
