Toker Supply Needs to Break Out a Ruler
Toker supply has sent me 3 downstems. None of them measures what they claim to measure and as a result they do not fit my glass piece. I have even sent pictures of how they do not measure as advertised. It seems they are incapable of actually reading what my complaint is. They actually sent me a duplicate downstem after I told them it did not fit. It didn’t fit the second time they sent it either. Also nice to see that the reviews they have asked me for are not being posted on their website. So, I guess they only want the reviews that make them look good. Truth is, I have spent over $25, written 3 e-mails to customer support, and written 2 reviews but I still have not received a downstem that fits my piece. I have ordered from another company and I suggest anyone else looking for a downstem do the same. After posting this I received notification from Toker Supply that I have been refunded. It’s the only thing they have done correctly
