Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. No customer support. Sold a product that arrived broken. Upon trying to resolve they claimed that it was a used product and broken by the purchaser. No refund, no exchange, no attempt to make things right. UPDATE: This company operates out of Tampa FL and when you attempt to call their customer service number you get a variety of 3 different businesses sporadically when the answering system picks up. There is no return to your call. No one will ever answer. I gave up on the 23rd attempt over 4 days. Further investigation shows that this is a shadow company that is not operated in the US, this is only their shipping point and there are no reliable records to show that this company has a legitimate business license. I was not able to find the country of origin for this business. But it in not Tampa FL.
