I ordered a gas mask and it came in cracked. I contacted customer service and sent it back but it has been 5 weeks and still no update on my replacement.

Received broken pieces and customer service told me to put on a claim through a third party website and it was denied because they didn’t send over the link for almost a month. No additional help since then as apparently customer services looses emails.

I have ordered from this company twice now and both are ones my orders were messed up. This most recent time I ordered a bowl piece and what they sent me was completely different from what I ordered. It was a much cheaper version. When I asked them about it this is what they said: Im sorry about the confusion for the bowls, please note the bowl replacement is sold randomly chosen colors, designs and patterns. Then they said if I wanted to return it I would have to pay to ship it back to them and then they would take a 20% restocking fee. I told them if they weren’t willing to help me out it would be the last time I ordered from them. I didn’t even get a response to that. So needless to say I’m done with them. I returned the items and went to my local shop and they were great.

Received the wrong bong twice. Waiting to hear back from customer service on the second one. Other than the wrong item being received than what I purchased the shipping was quick. I just have not had very good luck with bongs lately and can’t seem to get what I order.

The item I received was not as pictured, customer service said “random colors are chosen” ok, fantastic. Then after further inspection the base was completely cracked and customer service never got back to me. Peep their reply a year later, I got in contact trying to work something and all I got was the same attitude as I experienced before! Too many head shops, I’ll go elsewhere
