Crap Support.
Crap Support. They say they will get back to me but never do. Half-baked software. They still keep on emailing me and the Unsubscribe button in the email doesn't have a hyperlink to click to, it's just text. Very frustrating.

Avoid at all costs! Little to no support and they then tell me they don't actually support all of the features I pay $60 a month for. Webbuilder does not support basic CSS without the system falling over - contrary to what their sales literature makes you think. 8 hours on live chat today to get an answer that basically says, we can't support the use of that feature....

Tokeet looks great at first, especially for the price. But quickly you recognize that basic functionality is missing or broken, so you lose the money spent on Toket and also lose money because of their mistakes. They are also starting to charge more for different featurs like SMS messaging to guests, contract e-signature, and soon all automated mails too. Channels are complex to connect, with odd rules and lack of consistencies about how each integrates especially on prices and on backend reports. Channels also disconnect on a frequent basis..they used to have an ongoing issue with Airbnb that is now largely gone, but there are other problems and many questionable aspects to their integration. When there are issues they blame Airbnb, Expedia, Booking--anyone but ever to take responsibility. Automated emails are also pretty unreliable, there are days when they don't go out, other days when my guests receive a dozen mails. Even worse, sometimes past guests receive emails with a booking confirmation etc. And when things go wrong, no one takes responsibility. Support is there on chat which is nice but they seem either un-interested, junior, or frustrated with how things are. I would question whether this company will be around in a year, it's a shambles from a product and support perspectives. Save yourself the headaches and the financial loss, simply avoid this company.

Have used Tokeet for about half a year but we definitely cannot recommend it for managing different channels. Constantly loosing connections and automatically spamming our homeowner's accounts on email because of it. The interface and functionality you get for the price can seem appealing at first, but the software is poorly designed on the back-end to the point of it being unusable. When you realise that problems run deep and that these are not temporary glitches, you reach out for the customer support on chat to receive copy/paste templated answers that drive you crazy. Their support chat manages somehow to be a far worse experience than a chatbot, not sure how is this even possible. No one in the team has ever been authentically interested in fixing our issues but they keep constantly launching new features without fixing their core ones. Bad software, bad support team and you will loose your patience together with your money. AVOID!

NOT A SINGLE THING to say about this organisation that is good! There are no pros at all to using this organisation. I've tried three times to work with this channel manager and every time I give them another go, I am even more appalled with them. If it wasn't bad enough the first 2 attempts, this last attempt simply takes the cake. I found further issues with my booking.com and airbnb accounts than I even thought possible. They're meant to make life better for SA operators and all they serve to do is ruin and already well oiled machine. I remain astounded that anyone uses this channel manager at all. Not only is the platform unbelievably full of glitches but the staff, if they can't find a solution for your issues, they simply don't respond!!! No, trying to find a solution for the problem - just........NOTHING!!!! The only reason for any stars at all is because there is no option to have NO STARS!!!

I ended up my relationship with Tokeet several months ago, and you know what they did? They sent emails to my previous clients "booking received!" I had to bring my personal apologies to my clients. Tokeet will ruin your reputation and you will definitely loose money. Even after few months we can't fix our Airbnb calendar as Tokeet blocked the dates with no actual reservation. So, here we go: 1) Messed up all calendars On Airbnb, Booking and TripAdvisor. We spent several days on the phone calling long distance to US (very expensive for us) to fix this problem. On Airbnb the problems that Tokeet has created still there 2) Messed up pricing Tokeet "doesn't understand" different curriencies. It cant convert them. So, people started to book like crazy after Tokeet misunderstood 50USD as 1USD. These people blocked our dates and keep writing angry messages that they will sue us for not being able to provide accommodation for 1USD! 3) After many days of stress with Tokeet support, I wrote a letter to certain "Kwesi CEO". Does anyone know his real name? Didn't get any reply. Tokeet! Stop harassing my clients!

- Reset our calendars twice on two different days for ALL of our properties across multiple accounts. Totally screwed us up (we had multiple instant bookings accepted which we had to refund, we lost superhost status, had to even pay out money in some cases). This didn't just happen once, it happened on the second day as well after we wasted countless hours fixing the issues from the first day. - Changed settings on our Airbnb account, that don't show up in Airbnb so we can't edit them back after deleting Tokeet. We're still in communication with Airbnb about fixing this issue several weeks after removing this scam app. - Support staff lied to me about functionality saying it was against Airbnb's policy and not possible to block dates on their calendar. AirGMS (another similar but not as buggy app who we use for some of our properties) have that functionality, so this was an outright lie. - As mentioned above customer service were super responsive until we asked for a refund, then they just ignored me. I spoke with multiple support staff and they all say "they'll get back to me" but never do. Very disappointing. Save your sanity and use a different app.

I am utterly frustrated with this company/product! Having patchy customer service with a live chat that is not really live unless you are in a US time zone! I use it for Booking.com and Airbnb and it all of a sudden updated my prices and minimum stay without me changing them and I have lost money in the hottest season and there is nothing anyone can do! You can't call them (line not working) and they wouldn't call me! I am looking for something else. Anything else would be better and cheaper as they already made me lose money! (I am not a wingy person and most certainly know my way around technology, but boy, has this been a frustrating journey over all!)
