Amazing and simple

I've been using Tokeet as the main PMS for my serviced accommodation management business for close to one year now. What makes Tokeet stand out is the interface, it's fluid and well thought out. It feels like a dynamic app you can interact with visually as opposed to a static website. When a guest calls up we use inventory search to see what properties are available for their dates. The calendar screen is where we spend most of our time, our staff are each assigned different properties and have customise their calendars so they only see properties they are working on that day. You can drag booking dates onto the calendar with one click and typing an existing guests name auto suggests them and automatically fills out the booking. We can get a booking filled out in less than a minute. Rate Genie has automated 90% of our revenue management duties. It knows when significant events are taking place and the amount of customisation on offer is perfect for a management company dealing with lots of properties. What's important for us is the ability to override any of the algorithmic pricing with manual pricing for specific dates. The 2 mobile apps Tokeet and Rate Genie are a pleasure to use. I'm glad they decided to keep them as separate apps as revenue management is a separate job for us and something that we do on the road. Our cleaners use the Tokeet app with great effect and like the fact we have customised it to only show information that's relevant to them. We use owners center to give our clients a breakdown of the revenue at their properties. Each property or owner can have their own commission structure setup. This is important as we charge different rates depending on the size of the property managed. Signature and Automata have enabled us to fully automate tasks which previously required paying a virtual assistant. For us it's been a truly positive experience and we recommend Tokeet to any company that wants a serious tool that their staff will enjoy using. We've tried many different PMS's before finally settling with Tokeet. It's easy to setup and feels like it's been made by people who understand this business. 5 stars from us.
