I was so certain that I had the best Medicare Plan available that I was just going to allow the agent to do his job and I would get off the call quickly. Well Keith talked to me as if we had known each other since he was born. He listened and went to work to find be something better than what I had. We talked for almost two hours, and now I do have the best policy available. I met Carlos Morales early in 2022 when I had to change carriers. I was impressed and I kept his information. I needed information on plans in an area that I plan to move into next year. So, I called Mr. Morales. He began to look for information. He explained every step he was taking. I did not intend to change carriers, until I made the decision to move, but he came up with an "offer I could not refuse." LOL! I'll be talking to him again if I decide to move. Thank you. Mr. M. I spoke with Jermaine Daniels who went out of his way to go over ALL the plans that ALL the companies had to offer that would be the best for me! (Talk about a run on sentence!) We were on the phone for quite some time going over everything and ALL my needs AND expenses and came up with one, Humana that satisfied all my needs! I have to commend Jermaine for his tenacity, drive, professionalism, commitment and sense of humor which made our conversation well worthwhile AND entertaining as well as educational!
