I can’t use Extra Benefits for grocery shopping as none of the partner stores are near me and stores I shop are not accepting the card. I called and wrote several times but Aetna/Nations is not responsive. Phone clerks understand but can’t help. The eyeglasses place ON THE LIST OF PARTICIPANTS does not accept Medicare! EXTRA benefits as offered by Aetna is USELESS to me!!

I found the entire process to be ridiculously time consuming,repetitive and,frankly annoying.I had just got out of the hospital 2 days previously for a heart condition and problems breathing and the numerous conditions would have been better served to be done online or via the U.S. Mail.How could I be certain I wasn't beingt hoodwinked in this day and age?The agent was a nice enough gentleman,but obviously the process got to him as well because I ended up talking to three seperate individuals.All three were professional,my big problem was the unbelievably lengthy process.This should be shortened or done piecemeal.Particularly since many of us are legitimately sick people who could have something serious happen,particularly related to stress, during this process
