My Agent of Record is Christine Collier. Although I have been a participant to Medicare, I have moved from the west coast, here to Tennesse. I am unfamiliar the procedure and part C vs medi-gap coverage, here in my new home State of Tennessee. Not understanding Advantage v gap coverage, I reached out to the Amerigroup for assistance. Christine Collier was fantastic. She listened carefully and suggested a new plan which looks great to me. The folks in the first two links were awesome. The agent at then end was thorough BUT he had to READ me a complicated legal text to which I had to understand and say YES or NO. It took nearly an hour for the reading. UGH.
