I spoke with Nahjair Lindsay, who was well informed in terms of what I needed for a plan (PPO), which included parts a ABC and D with no monthly premium. Most of my prescriptions were under tier 1 (which he explained the lowest number is the best number). My emergency and PCP were next to nothing in comparison with my other plan. This was a good exercise for me because I had just gotten too comfortable since 2020 with my old plan. I would advise anyone to go through this process and look to see if your plan still meets your needs. Thank you.

My agent worked hard to find me a better Medicare advantage plan for my area. She took her time going over everything I wanted to know.

I spoke with Brittany Bouttsady she was great. She provided me with a plan that returned some Part B premium to my SSA account! I really appreciated her help since no one else ever offered that to me before. She was knowledgeable & fun to talk to.

Seems like a good idea for getting a new revised Medicare plan but at the same time I have not been contacted about this yet.

Hi my experience was very pleasant. Chenell Washington was a pleasure to speak with. I needed help with extra benefits I was qualified for but not receiving. She was very thorough explaining all the pro and cons to my existing policy. I felt comfortable not pressured.

My fella Louie was very nice talked good and clear as I could understand everything he said. If I didn't understand I just asked him to repeat and explain and he did in a way an elderly lady could understand. I enjoy my time talking with him. I even asked for his number so I can call on him next yr. He made the signing up so much easier even though it took so long to go over so much.

Better plan better benefits. Same physicians. My agent was extremely helpful, polite knowledgeable and had my interest in choosing my plan. Would recommend this agency to anyone. Thank you

I used to be with United Health Care which I was somewhat happy but then I switched over to Anthem Blue Cross and I am so happy now with the benefits that I am receiving now. I am so glad that I switched over to Anthem. The benefits and coverage now are exactly what I have been needing. I just wanted to say thank you for all the the help I am receiving and very knowledgeable customer service support.
