Great product - can connect MacBooks to two screens without using display link

I am delighted with the responses to my inquiry. I have left the conversation well informed on how to use my docking station, whether it is capable of being used with my high-demand-power SSD (it requires 5V/3A).

While the overall functionality is great, the voice activation mode rattles out 'I am here' everytime it hears a similar sounding word nearby, which is very annoying. The tone of the voice itself is another annoyance. Also can't turn off the alarm altogether. Rating it 3 stars as such.

amazing product but one glitch I discover was related to Ethernet port and 3 screens together. At that point, you have to select to use one only. Which in my case was ignore using ethernet port on the box and use 3 screens with MAC. I am pretty sure due to MAC but overall amazing experience.

They are extremely kind. They completely resolved my issue.
