Update: This product has worked flawlessly since my review. Once set up it is great but the initial unboxing was frustrating. It took a week and a couple of emails to the company to get it to work. The support was great but I think there was too much trial and error before getting things to work using three monitors on a Mac.

Works exactly as advertised. Easy set up. Would buy again if I ever have the need.

I wasn't sure what to buy, based on my setup. The support at Tobenone were extremely helpful but, more than that, they followed up to ensure I had everything I needed to make the decision. The product is excellent and cheaper than alternatives I had looked at. Excellent customer service.

Products performs as advertised. Check-out & delivery (Portugal, Europe) also 5 stars. overall 4 stars due to two aspects that IMHO should be improved: 1) it comes with a very large brick for power, in addition to the hub itself, what in terms of aesthetics sitting in a desk table not the best option. At least it should be more obvious what's in the box. For me it was a big surprise to find this huge brick included. 2) in the display link drivers page the TobenOne product is not listed, which degrades a little bit the confidence in the product as a first impression.

it's a good product for working

Set up was straight forward. SW download appears OK. Not sure of actions once Apple updates IOS. Dual external monitors came on line nicely but now can not get them to engage. Power is present. Flash drives disconnect (are not continuously recognized requiring replugging.

I sent my package to the wrong address day of, and was able to get in contact with them and they changed it the same day. They also got it shipped to me 2 weeks ahead of schedule. Overall great service and great product!

The dock is looks very nice with a great finish. I am using with with a linux machine and it works just fine out of the box. I am glad that I bought a TobenONE.
