SHIPPING DELAY + WRONG PIPE IN LABELED BOX
See title of review. Received shipping notice but PO didn't receive item until 4 days later. I ordered a Bones Bent Billard but received a straight pipe in a bent billard box. I should have read other reviews before ordering from this company.

We apologize for this negative experience. Though we can usually expect deliveries to be timely, we cannot control if a complication delays once it is out our door. Checking your order, I see we did ship your package less than 4 hours from receiving your order. As for receiving the wrong item, we are sorry and take full responsibility. We try to be thorough, but some human error is inevitable. Nonetheless, we strive to eliminate it where we can and correct such mistakes when they happen. It is our policy in these circumstances to pay for the return and offer a full refund or a replacement if the intended item is in stock. I see you opted to keep the pipe, and hope it has done you well, though I am sorry it was not the one you initially chose.
