Have purchased for my mom several times. Quick shipping and notifications. Never had a problem and continue to use.

I've been purchasing here for a while. I've no issues with orders arriving however leaves have been missing from packages on 70% of my order.

As being a loyal customer, I purchased 4 boxes of cigars. I bought 3 boxes of Dutch masters blue dream fusion and the cigars were stale. When unraveling them, the leaf breaks off. They were dry and brittle. Some were broken. Extremely disappointing.

Don't have a problem with your products it's your customer service lady on phone RUDE!. You DO NOT GET TO UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION!!! 🤡

Thought I'd save some money and shop online.. Ha! Ridiculous shipping cost!! First I planned on ordering a rolling machine and some tubes, price was $54. Go to check out $77! So I cancel the $42 rolling machine, new total $11. Ok, go to check out and....$24! Shipping cost doubles the price? AND you want an extra $1.50 insurance on top of &14 shipping?

Shipping is actually pretty reasonable. I ordered on a friday and it hadn’t been processed until monday, but did ship the same day. All in all ordering is much smoother than other vendors.

They take too long to ship products out, the products come with damaged packaging.

Absolutely outstanding customer service and I am blown away by how fast my order arrived at my residence. Great customer service.
