Only issue i have with TG is the…
Only issue i have with TG is the shipping options. Shipping is to slow. Faster shipping is to expensive and still to slow.

Customer service saved the day!
It took a while to get my purchase as it was lost in the mail somehow but Tobacco General sent out another shipment when it was clear the package wasn't coming. I think they have great customer service and great products. When it arrived it was correct and in good shape. I recommend getting the small fee for lost packages as USPS seems a little off these days.

I've been ordering from Tobacco General…
I've been ordering from Tobacco General for over 10 years. There have been a couple of issues with my orders, but they were both solved IMMEDIATELY once I alerted their customer service. Couldn't be happier!

I was pleased with my order so I wanted to leave a review. My store was out of Cheyenne cigars so I found you guys online and placed my first order. I ordered Friday and got it Tuesday, super fast and convenient. Also cigs were 2,50 bucks cheaper per carton than in my store.
