Leah, the manager at T-Mobile Store #5362 was an example to not only her staff but customers as well. To be an effective manager you have to be a good leader and inspire to contribute to the work at hand to ensure things are being done. Well, that is exactly what Leah did on 10/23/20. We had an issue with a watch we purchased previously and needed reprogramming and she was so patient, courteous and kind. Leah showed professionalism, expertise and excellent customer service that made the entire process worthwhile. Customers like to feel as though they are being listened to and valued when/ where they spend their money. In fact, it is a basic expectation. I would TOTALLY recommend this store for all phone services.

Hard times because of CoViD19. At this point I was feeling hopeful stress and emotionally exhausted Thanks to what CoViD19 has done in my life since this pandemic started and to top it all yesterday October 12,2020. My Tmobile phone extension was due and I call Tmobile to see if by given chance a a God miracle as I call it happen and I was unsuccessful. Today October 13,2020 I woke up early and decided to give it one more try I said to my self heck was the worst they can say NO let me at least try one more time and so I did got thru to my team of experts and VON ID# 487488 very nicely and kind introduced his self he listen carefully to my concerns and went straight to a answer and to find a solution to my issue he even went beyond and gave me time to go deposit some more money into my account to be able to make a payment for another arrangement he explained to me everything in detail and even when I was taking so long to find my info he was nice about it and ask me to not rush and reassure he was going to wait for me to be ready I want to say thank you so much one more time VON for making me find hope in this matter and going beyond to make me feel understood I really appreciate your hard work and dedo to us Tmobile customers I made my first prayer for you to the Lord and will continue to do so he can also bless you the same way you let me use you to bless me . Thank you TMobile for making sure this time that your employee are well train and care for customers like the do now days. God bless you all including who ever read this review. God loves you! I’ve been with T-Mobile for about 6 months now and I’ve never had a problem with them! My bills are always correct, my service is great and whenever I call customer service, they’re always ready to help!

Wish I'd changed years ago, the signal and customer service are so much better than AT&T. They really try to help when I have a problem
