Paid $650.00 for the new OnePlus phone. It was highly recommended by a friend. I use prepaid due to not wanting a hard credit check on my credit. Took the phone home and started to call customer aervice at 8:00 PM, got put on hold for an HOUR, before I hungup. Things happen, I'll try again in the morning....6:30AM the next morning, get put on hold AGAIN...30 minutes....
Long story short....NO WAY GOING TO BE A CUSTOMER OF A COMPANY THAT CANNOT GET NEW CUSTOMER SERVICE CORRECT....PHONE BEING RETURNED AND BE GLAD TO PAY THE $50.00 RESTOCKING FEE TO NOT BE THEIR CUSTOMER...LESSON LEARNED.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever! They should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT ever go with them. We were with them for two years and switched to another provider. We were on autopay because they required us to do that when we first signed up. When we cancelled our account we went into the store to make sure everything was good and shut off. They said it was. We checked our credit card two months later and realized we were still being charged. We called and they said a third line was still active. We asked why that was not shut off and they told us we had to call to turn it off. We were never informed of this, but they didn’t care. We said we would dispute the charges and we did with our credit card company. Obviously they knew these charges were unjust and gave us the money back. We then get another bill from T-Mobile for the same amount plus two new charges for a reassessment. We called 7 more times. Each time someone said something different. We actually spoke with someone that faked being a supervisor and faked their name and said we will not have to pay it. When I called back the next day there was no record of our call. This company has no morals or ethics and is completely dishonest. When I said I was going to post this on social media the supervisor said I am going to hang up on you if you make threats. Wow, I didn’t know posting on social media was a threat. Long story short, we ended up paying it because we did not trust them and did not want to be taken to collections. The reason it took two months for us to figure it out was I had a serious medical condition and was in and out of the hospital, trying to find out if I had cancer and if I needed a life-threatening surgery, which I told them and they didn’t care. They are monsters and should be ashamed of themselves.

Did I just get robbed?
T-mobile robbed me to the tune of 300. They told me when they sold me the new phone that they would pay my previous carrier phone bill. I did everything in my power to get them to honor their request and they not only made it nearly impossible they hindered the process the whole way. I would click on their website and it wouldn't take me to a page to declare my phone. I sent them my phone and they didn't even say now we can pay the bill. As it goes I'm stuck with a bill for Sprint for a cell phone that T-Mobile bought and wouldn't pay the bill. Don't trust their carrier freedom and all that. They are promising money they don't want to spend. And if you switch from Sprint they don't want to take money from their new merge. Sad that I'm getting robbed by corporations, hope they all go to jail for what they do, since they're people, too. Just not trustworthy people.

TMobile Living Nightmare Continues! Help! Here's Why ...
I've been going through a Living Nightmare with TMobile for three months and it continues ...
I've been a TMobile customer for probably 15 years and on 01-04-2018 I went into a local TMobile Store and changed plans.
The first sign that I was about to enter the Twilight Zone happened when Destiny (name of Rep) pulled up my account using my phone number and it showed a female name with a Florida address. After I told her that name and address have nothing to do with me, she said her computer is sometimes glitchy and she did something to it, not sure what, but a minute later my correct info showed up on her screen.
Fine. She switched plans for me. She was very nice and helpful.
A couple of minor TMobile mistakes popped up later, 1st TMobile added a $10/Mo service that was never mentioned to me & 2nd they didn't turn on Internet Services on one of my lines, but after calling twice I got those issues straightened out.
But those issues weren't the nightmare...
On 02-05-2018 TMobile AutoPay withdrew $162.21 from my Bank account via my DEBIT Mastercard. The problem is this payment had nothing to do with my account.
I called TMobile on 02-08-2018 and spoke to Danielle. She couldn’t find any reference of this $162.21 payment and suggested that perhaps my bank made the mistake and I should dispute it with them.
I disputed it with my bank which entailed:
I had to hand deliver a letter of dispute to my bank.
I had to cancel my DEBIT Mastercard.
I had to remove this Card from all of my Utility Auto-Payments, DWP, GAS, Spectrum etc
I had to remove this card from all of my accounts - Amazon, PayPal, Target and on and on.
My daughter (who doesn’t live with me) couldn’t order food because my UberEats used this card.
I realized I couldn’t use Uber after needing a ride.
I waited about 10 days to receive my new DEBIT Mastercard.
By the time the new DEBIT Mastercard arrived my actual TMobile Bill was due so I added my new DEBIT Mastercard to my TMobile Account.
A key point is that this was a brand new DEBIT Mastercard which I hadn’t used for anything yet except for TMobile.
My TMobile Bill of $60/Mo was paid without issue.
On 03-10-2018 TMobile AutoPay withdrew $133.93 from my Bank Account via my NEW DEBIT Mastercard. Once again, this charge had nothing to do with my account.
I called TMobile on 03-12-2018 and spoke to a Supervisor Jen.
She did something (that Danielle should have done) which is put in a “Missing Payment Request”. Simple - Amount of Transaction, Date, Last 4 Digits of Card used.
I realize many companies outsource their callback centers overseas, but there’s no excuse for these employees not to be trained in awareness of USA Time Zones.
I mention this because Jen called me back on 03-20-2018 at 5:23 AM! SERIOUSLY? 5:23am - Ruined my day from lack of sleep because at my age it is very difficult to fall back asleep.
“GOOD NEW” Jen found the payment and it was applied to my account.
Hold on a second though, I’m glad the payment was “found”, but I had to remind Jen that this wasn’t a payment that was due or related to my account. Back to the drawing board.
Jen called me back on 03-27-2018 and told me that there was fraud involved and that I should cancel my DEBIT Mastercard! Her words “I can guarantee it won’t happen again”.
Now I’m faced with the daunting task of canceling this new card, removing it from all of my accounts, utilities blah blah blah ... but the problem is, it probably will happen again - it’s probably not over and here’s why ...
What I think is happening is that my TMobile Account is somehow linked to someone else’s TMobile Account through a computer glitch.
When I add a new Payment Method to my account it gets added to this phantom account also.
I presented this theory to Jen and she didn’t disagree, but basically she doesn’t have the clearance to figure it out and no one else at her call center has the clearance to figure it out and she couldn’t put me in touch with anyone at TMobile who has the authority/clearance to figure it out.
Too little, too late.
Jen is going to go back and research the first unknown payment of $162.21 and see where that went. If it’s determined that both payments went to the same unknown account Jen said she will “escalate the issue to higher support”.
The problem for me is I shouldn’t have to wait so long, suffer so much, in order for this to be “escalated to higher support”
I dread cancelling my DEBIT Mastercard again and again with no resolution and because TMobile couldn’t get to the bottom of what is happening in a timely fashion.
This is my continuing nightmare.
Update 03-30-2018 4:28pm
I just received a text message saying TMobile found the other phantom payment of $162.21.
But now they need to figure out why (2) phantom payments have been made on my account and where did they both originally go and what will it take to get this to stop.
Update 04-13-2018
Incredibly on 04-04-2018 TMobile withdrew another $276.17 from my bank account via AutoPay (a payment unrelated to my TMobile Account and not credited to my TMobile Account), but after various phone calls once again they tracked it down and applied it to my account.
As I mentioned my TMobile bill is just $60/month yet I now have a credit balance with TMobile of over $500 from all of the bogus AutoPay deductions from my bank account.
I've now removed all credit card info from my TMobile Account, turned off TMobile AutoPay and cancelled my bank debit card once again,.
It's disheartening that as of 04-13-2018 TMobile's Fraud team still can't figure out what's happening or give me any explanation.

AWFUL
AWFUL! Customer Service is terrible. They offer NO solutions, only compassion. That doesn't help me. And my family is consistently getting dropped calls.
In the past month I have gone through 4 cell phones. My phone is insured, so they keep replacing it with what seems to be refurbished phones. The 1st phone suddenly got a green screen with computer language, the 2nd froze on the start-up screen 3 days later, the 3rd phone suddenly disconnected and would not reconnect to a Network 3 days after receiving it.
Each time I called customer service. They'd try to troubleshoot, but when they couldn't find a solution, they'd put me on hold until I got disconnected/call dropped or I finally gave up and hung up. One time I was on a call with them for 1 hour and 15 minutes!! Because I kept waiting for a supervisor to finally take my call. Each time Customer Service was very compassionate about my situation, but had no solution or offered no compensation (like a new phone that would work!)
Each time I had to replace the phone, they said they'd text AND email me to let me know my phone had arrived. The first time they texted my phone, which was damaged. So I got the text AFTER my phone was replaced. Never an email. Each time after that, I didn't even get a text. Each time I brought the phone in, they'd tell me it would be delivered the next day to the store (Friday). It wasn't. So I had to wait until Monday. By the way, the last time I was out of town, away from my family and could not communicate with my husband. When I called the toll free number, the Supervisor told me he'd get a phone out to me Saturday. However, the store told me stores do not receive deliveries on weekends. So Supervisor lied to me. Also, each time I had to get a new phone, I had to pay the insurance co-pay...I had to call and request a credit for it. They didn't offer it seeing I'd already been going through this for a while.
In addition to all this trouble, our calls get dropped on a daily basis!!
Waiting for our kids to pay off their phones so we can move back to Verizon or to try AT&T.
