Have never in my life been treated so shabbily. Went into one of their stores to buy some data while I was in the US for my brother's funeral. The man assured me it was great, would work perfectly, that he had me set. NO, it did not work at all. After spending countless hours with customer service and techs I went back to the store as they told me to do to get a refund. HE refused. He told me that I was the one that said it would work great. Me? I barely even understand my phone. I have only had a smartphone for a few years. So after many more hours with customer service, I am assured I can have a rebate, all I need to do is go in a store, any store, and get my refund. Totally different store, a different person says NO, you can't have a refund. I don't care what the corporate email says, I am not giving you your money. More phone calls, etc. I was basically told the only way I could get my money is if I went back to the original store and begged the man who called me a liar for my money. I am speechless. These people are liars and scam artists.

Let me say, I had a Problem, otherwise known as devorce. Had to change my Cell Phone carrier. Little did I know that Trash Mobil Cell Phone at the G mail address com was merging with "Sprint." I had been a member of Nextel then Sprint before the merger with T-Moble. I had a beeper back in The 1990's when a mobile phone meant you had to carry around a suit case. I had a beeper like a Dr.. when every 7-11 had a pay phone out front. Then Nextel.com came out with a practical cell phone, which years later Had Gone Sprint. T-Mobile cell phone, think back to the beginning, what does the T actually stand for? It Is on the tip of my tongue but I can't recall what I called it before? I don't have time right now to tell you the trash of it that I was forced to shovel, but believe you me... As verified by just one of the numerous representatives that I spoke with time and time again, again and again. It was said 4 out of 5 calls to them are by extremely Agrivated Customers... Go Back and Re-Read what was written and it might just come to mind? Let The World And T-MOBILE Realize How We All Feel. One Day Soon, I may have to Format A Website where as everything will not have to be hidden in plain view in order to get the point across. A Large Firm Can Lie To Your Face And Call You Stupid Even Though They Don't Realize That They Are Lying To Themselves, As Well! Merely A Thought That Some Of You Customers May Grasp Once You Meditate On What Has Been Said By Me and Other UnHappy T-MOBILE Customers, Past and Present. I Have Seen It All Over The Years, So I Thought !@@! Let Me Say This, I Had A Conversation With A T-Mobile Executive Associate, Just Below The CEO Level, Where As The Respect That She Allowed. I Will Not Mention Her Name At This Time. She Stated That The Executive Associate Conversation With Discussed Customers Is No Longer Allowed..… Hmmm? Your Call, Verizon or AT&T, Is That An Obvious Choice?$$$+¢¢¢ They Do Have Cheaper Alternatives That "They" Cell Under A Different Name In Order To Fool Themselves as Well As You... Happen to get a buy one get one free when you add and additional line. Was informed by company that I could cancel the additional line after three months. Called in to cancel the line and was then informed that the line have to stay open for the entire length of the promotion. T-Mobile does not inform their customers of this until after the fact.

T Mobile is the absolute worst provider. DO NOT USE THEM! They straight out lied about BOTH the package services AND the price. They have the worst service I have ever had across all lines of business. They have on multiple occasions cut our service for a "unfortunate mistake with the system". PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND CHOOSE ANY OTHERN PROVIDER!

I didn't want to give TMobile even 1 star that don't deserve any stars they have disgraced my family abd I our employees and cost us abd our employees jobs by riping us off lying to us making promises abd denying they made them just get more financial gain from us thy cost us thousands of dollars abd hurt our employees familes abd ours more than we amagined anyone with a heart could abd this is to ve continued due to legal reasons I will hold off on explaining exactly how for now as this is our last effort giving TMobile the chance to do the right thing abd I'll tell you why we are considering at&t even though there going through a hard time to be continued

I was a T-Mobile customer for 6 months. During that time I had poor signal quality and poor customer service, so I switched to a different wireless carrier on 10/20/2021. On 11/9/21, less than 30 days after cancelling my account, I received a notice from a collections agency asking for payment for equipment charges and cell phone service charges. What's messed up about this is that I didn't even get 30 days to pay the final amount - T-Mobile just sent me to a debt collector and my credit score dropped dramatically as a result. Because my credit score dropped, I am now ineligible for any of the loans I was going to apply for to help grow my business and buy a house. I paid for the cell phone charges already and we are settled there. I also spoke with T-Mobile customer service today to discuss the bill I received and see if we could come to an agreement. Both Alice and Jessica from T-Mobile customer service claim that they don't have anything in their system about my bill going to a debt collector and refused to work with me in settling this matter. I left T-Mobile because they claim to be a customer friendly company and are not. The receipt of a collections notice plus the poor interactions with T-Mobile customer service after switching to a different confirms that they are not the customer friendly company they claim to be. After this experience, I will never do business with T-Mobile again.

I have called TMobile service three times to get my home internet fixed. The first time they had to escalate the issue. I was told I would get a callback. I did not. I called back. They told me my ticket had been closed and that the issue was "my router placement" which it is not. When I called a third time, they locked me out of my account by putting my pin in wrong 8 times in a row... I was told I would get a callback. I did not. I regularly get speeds of 5 mbps and lose connection frequently throughout the day despite being very close to a TMobile tower in Washington DC.
