Placed an order online for a 4G adapter. Got it quick but unfortunately it wasn't what I was told it was so I wanted to return it. Called the number provided for returns. First rep took fifteen minutes to figure out she couldn't help me, placed on hold and waited five minutes only to find out I was transferred to another rep that couldn't help me. Placed on hold again for ten minutes, rep was very hard to understand. Saying Umm between words and repeating themself constantly. It's like they're purposely delaying the return so I'll give up. 45 minutes to do a five minute task. Complete incompetent reps.

DO NOT PICK T-MOBILE AS A PROVIDER! Let me tell you why: I am an exchange student from Denmark and I was going to study and live in Chicago for 6 months. I went to the nearest cell phone provider to get a US number which so happened to be a T-Mobile store. I went into the store and told them that I only had three requirements for my plan: 1&2: Unlimited data & Reliable speeds because I needed a reliable connection for my studies, and 3: NO hidden fees! First month go by and I am constantly having full bars of 5GUC without being able to load a simple video on youtube. I contact an "expert" who is so kind to give me 10GB free extra hotspot as compensation. Next month comes by and my connection is still horrible and now I got an extra $10 charge on my bill. I write them once again and a new "expert" tells me that it is their mistake, they apologize and it will never happen again. Next month: Another $10 extra fee, still horrible connection. I contact ANOTHER "expert" they tell me once again that they are very sorry and that it will never happen again. And this just keeps going on. It's an obvious way of making money on people who do not check their bills regularly. Not a fun experience for an exchange student.

I've been with T-Mobile for over 15 years. Recently I was given an offer to upgrade my phone and T-Mobile would cover my remaining balance on my old phone because I was such a "loyal longtime customer". I was told it could take UP TO 30 days for the balance of my old phone to drop off my account . I bought a new phone/upgraded through the T-Mobile app. It's been well over a month now, actually going on 2 billing cycles and I'm still being charged for 2 phones. I've spoken to 3 service representatives and still no changes. I was scammed into buying a new phone and they didn't honor their offer. I'll most likely be switching to another service provider that's cheaper, and advise everyone I know not to use T-Mobile. T-Mobile clearly doesn't take care about their customers or honor offers.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! I've had T-Mobile home internet since September 2021 and it has been a horrible experience. I have filed two FCC complaints about the internet being slow. I need reliable internet for my job and for graduate school. My current download speed is 38.97 and the upload speed is 1.06!!! Back in October 2021 when I filed my first complaint, I had download speeds of 59.15 and upload speeds of 0.64. Streaming television is a joke with constant buffering and freezing video. It is extremely frustrating when you want to complete research for a paper but you can't because the internet browser spins or is slow to connect. Although T-Mobile is aware of a failed tower in my area they continue to bill me for internet services I am not receiving. This tower has failed three to four times since I've been a home internet customer. No one from their company has ever contacted me to inform me of a down internet tower prior to my complaints but they use it as an excuse at their convenience. T-Mobile home internet service is not worth it and they lie about the internet speeds you will receive. You are better off with more reliable companies such as Verizon, AT & T, or even Comcast.

Despite never having service with T-Mobile, they have now sent me to collections and have failed to resolve this issue. I was going to try their service in February of 2022, but they could not get me on the plan I desired, so I cancelled everything before I received the order. I immediately returned the device when it arrived and they even refunded the cost I paid upfront. No statement or bill for several months until suddenly, a statement arrives that I'm about to go to collections. Never had service with you, I called customer service who seemed to agree, but obviously nothing was done. Stay away, this isn't the company! Try Verizon instead, or any other company.

I left T-Mobile for its spotty service but mostly due to their incompetent customer service. It is beyond awful, avoid this service.

This is a incompetent company. No help, you say you can repair or replace a products deficiency. Unlike your word, you as a company are Crazy. I'll soon, be done with the the miserable company. No promises, nothing but lousy excuses. Which entale lies, and deceit.
