T-mobile 5G home internet is HORRENDOUS
We tried to get t-mobile 5G home internet and it was horrendously slow. I felt like I was in the 1990s when videos took hours to buffer. Connectivity showed 3 bars. Stay far away!!!!

This company does not deserve even a one star review, if they're were negative stars it would be getting close, but still horrible. T-Mobile signed my signature for me I did not sign the user agreement myself, they keep you stuck in their building like they are doing something, but they are not. I was in the building for an hour and a half, because they won't give me a copy of my user agreement (THAT THEY SIGNED) I still can't get them to hand it to me, its a users agreement it should be available to the user to copy. The home Internet also sucks it is supposed to have a minimum of around 50 but it's been getting 30 Mbps. Sometimes 10mbps. I know that I'm not in the best location but it should be better than that. It's the best router (supposedly). The last one had problems where it kept shutting off. I'm seriously gonna change to something else if I can get it where I'm located. The short of this all TMobile is a scam. They require to know everything about you, full social security. Card number, driver id, I'm surprised they did not want my birth certificate.

I cancelled my service in June of this year 2022. I accidentally paid them $70.00 months after my account was closed. I called them twice and both times I was told I would get a refund. One call was on August 19th. 2022 and the other was September 23rd. 2022. I never got a refund, but I kept getting bills. So today I got a letter from T-Mobile which I thought would be a check. It wasn't. It was a notice showing I had no balance due. I had been with T-Mobile long before they were T-Mobile. Boy did their service change (for the worse) and their prices skyrocketed. You could only choose from 2 plans! They used to have wonderful service, but no more. I am so done with them!!

In my opinion this is a dishonest company they do a lot of bait and switch. The service do not work everywhere and I had dropped a lot of calls. I have their phone service and I told them I just want the basic plan and they really lay in on you with all their offers. They will not allow you to just get the basic plan and set up your phone service they want to offer you tablets they want to offer you free phones, they want to offer you hot spots, and watches, and their wireless internet for home. Then they will tell you that the price is low and then when you get billed they bill you for more than what the contract says and then when you become upset and want to get out the contract they will not let you and the customer service is terrible it's a major run around and they go after you on your credit report for their mistakes. I got their service for a phone and they offered me all this other stuff for like $5 more and I accepted it my bill should have been less than $35 but every month it was over $55. I'm on a tight budget so I know exactly how much money I had to spend and eventually it messed up my credit rating due to them saying that I owe a lot of money and it's so hard to fight with them and talk to someone to get it resolved in my situation still is not resolved and I've been trying to get it resolved since November 2021. I even sent all the equipment back to them and they still wanted to charge me for the equipment which was never used because they kind of forced you to get it because they keep making offers in such a low price and they won't complete your order just for the service that you called about. If I was able to take them to court I really would but I don't have the resources.

Waited 3 hours for a new phone and watches & modem.. Well, they made sure I got my phone.. it's been over a week with no contact from TMobile.. Here is the real problem. T-Mobile has oversold their internet deal.. Now there are to many people on to few towers. Plus they have no idea what the other hand is doing.. constructive criticism,...stop ripping off customers until you can meet your current customers expecting a REAL streaming service...

I've been a customer for nearly 18 years. Cell service is fantastic in Chicago so I decided to try the internet service. Worst decision ever!! It's been 3-months of suffering with countless hours on the phone with tech support. Download speeds of 0.01 mbps and Pings around 500-1200 m/s. Yes, you read that right... 0.01 mbps download speeds! Completely unusable. I replaced the modem and the SIM card too. I finally called to request cancelation and a refund... management denied me. In my opinion, T-mobile should be paying US to be their internet service guinea pigs. Charging customers $65 per month for this non-service is bogus. Thanks for nothing Andrew @ T-mobile.

Most Terrible Customer Service - It has been a highly frustrating experience dealing with T-Mobile staff. I was trying to switch my service to this provider based on their low pricing, but kept receiving conflicting, confusing and changing information on the currently available incentives. Calling their customer service was a hugely disappointing experience as I was transferred four times to different agents in some foreign country and spent over two hours on the phone with no results. Went to a local T-Mobile store to activate new service but after an hour or so was told that they were unable to start my service as their systems were down. Would give them a ZERO rating if I could. SAVE YOUR TIME AND STAY AWAY FROM T-MOBILE…

Any foreign travelers who want to purchase a sim through them should be aware that they DO NOT accept foreign credit cards - their CS will waste your time having you try to make the purchase only to tell you at the very end that they only accept US cards. That would be weird enough, since T-mobile is a big US company I think its weird they cant accept foreign transactions, but on top of that their CS agents (Paul and his "manager" Denise, who I'm pretty sure was the same person) will refuse to transfer you to management and ask you to ask a friend to pay for you. It was just a very weird, unprofessional experience. I didn't expect such treatment from a company as established as this. I don't think anyone needs to get involved with this company, they seem pretty sketchy.
