T-MobileReviews of tmobile.com

I lived in rural middle Georgia and tried twice, in 2020 and 2022 to use T-mobile on Androidand iPhone. Never did I get a signal. Thankfully my service provider replaced the SIM cards. AT&T works best. Verizon works OK.

Returned modem the same day they send me replacement. Been billing me till now i had tracking number they confirmed they had it yet keep billing every month till now! Called 6 times to no avail. Also have to call in every month to adjust bill for charges i did not agree with. Reported them to FCC waiting for result! Will be changing providers this month!

Alleen maar dreigen en niet reageren op mails. Nooit wat afsluiten hier!!

I had my phone less than a year this month. It charges yet won’t stay on. The location i purchased it won’t help me because i didn’t have insurance which the sales man didn’t even offer because he rushed me when purchasing. I went through assurian as they suggested and they told me they had to order a part. Two weeks later I check with them and they say the person that does the repair doesn’t work there anymore. Why would you not send a replacement for a phone less than a year old! I emailed the executives and someone from HQ called and still offered zero assistance. I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and regret it! Cannot wait to go back to Verizon. T-Mobile’s lower prices aren’t worth the headache!

All T-Mobile customer services employees are very truly CRACKHEAD DRUGS like Meths, Rocks, and Cocaines. I can guarantee you. I can promise you. All T-Mobile customer services employees want everyone pay expensive tax and expensive fee per a line. They are called PRICE CHEATERS !!!!! That why all T-Mobile customer services employees want everyone’s moneys to spend the DRUGS to smoke for high and high for all day and all night. That exactly what they want !!!!

Worst customer service ever. The guy couldn’t even pull up my account. He kept saying I didn’t login even though the message said thanks! Verified! I guess this is why I’ll be switching to Verizon after this godawful contract is over.

Been trying for a week to get my online account set up with T-Mobile. Get this. I go to the brick-and-mortar store to set up a 55+ account for my wife and I. I'm told to get an account they need to run a credit check. And when they run it my credit check comes back as locked. One of the services had a lock on it. So I went back home and got a 24 hour release so that T-Mobile could run their check. So I go back to the store and I pass. After giving them all my information, my SS#, my credit card information and everything else they needed I got my numbers ported and we were good to go. Well. That was the easy part. Now to setting up an online account. Gee, T-Mobile, why did I waste 45 minutes of my life in your store filling out forms on paper and online. I figured when I put my phone number in you'd find me. NO. You took money out of my bank account. That means I have an account already. But no. Come to find out that they have no primary payer set up on my online account even though I gave them my bank account information at the store. They ran a credit check on me to see if I was credit worthy. So, if there is not primary then how can they took money out of my bank account without this information. That is considered stealing. It gets better. To set up an online account you need to type in the PIN # they gave me at the T-Mobile store. Wow, it doesn't work. And when it doesn't work I click on use your last 4 digits of your SS #. I type that in and then another window opens and it says "Sorry you'll need to come back later". Tried probably 5 times over the last 2 weeks with no success. Get this. When you call or use the online chat it eventually gets to the part where it asks for your account info and when you say that's why I'm calling they hang up or cut you off. Now this is the best part. I left Verizon because of the very same thing. Somehow they kicked me off my online portal and wouldn't take my password and wouldn't let me change anything. When I tried to update my info the same thing, Sorry, try again later. See ya T-Mobile. You don't want my business, fine. I'll take it somewhere else. And don't get the Essentials 55+ plan. For 2 its $55 plus tax and fees. I can't get online to check my account but when I went to my back account it looks like they charged me an extra $12 for the taxes and fees. Seems a bit high to me.

Worst customer service on earth.
