Can I Give Less Than One Star Rating? ONE STAR IS TOO HIGH! I had a different Phone carrier for years but I was prompted by their promotions so my wife and I switched to T-Mobile. We live in the San Fransico Bay area. Still, immediately I noticed far lesser quality connection like call dropping every time we pulled into our garage which was never a problem before, and also having very low reception at the very same area where there used to be no problem!! I decided to separate my T-Mobile account from my soon wife. so I called T-Mobile explaining that the account was under my wife's name and I wanted to open my account and transfer my line. Now I have a very good credit score and I have monitoring systems such as Norton among others to keep my data secure.I refrain from applying and do not need to apply for loans but when I called T-Mobile they transferred me to another department to run my credit check and the very next day I received alerts and notifications from My Credit Monitoring systems that my Very personal information was found in the Dark Web!! Before that date, I had not applied for or submitted my SS and other info for a long long time but Immediately the day after I spoke to a T-Mobile representative my Info Was found on the DARK WEB.

Never use the chat anything you purchase or agree to get in writing with the final amount. WRITTEN OUT this company falls flat. Every moth I have to call to get this company to adjust my bill every month there the worst.

T-mobile is deceiving its customers. I connected the Internet at home, and the store manager promised me $45 per month for the entire service period. Starting from 2 months, they started charging me $ 55. I call the support service, they named 3 different reasons why the price increased. The mobile company refused to make the promised price for me - $ 45 per month. my account number is 994897889

With AutoPay No Data Cap* Lifetime Price Lock 15 Day Worry Free Test Drive No Annual Contract or Hidden Fees No Equipment Fee Up to $750 in Termination Fees $50 Gift Card --------------------------------- AND got promised 2 day shipping. ------------ The modem arrived a week later with a hole in the box. Tmobile put me on a 4lte plan at $55/mo. Capped at 100gb. AND they will NOT give me the $50 gift card. -- I called them and they refused to honor the original contract unless I paid $65/mo!!! And still no $50 gift card. ----- Bait and Switch at its finest. It's only been 14 days and they then said that I was past my 15 day trial and would not honor that either. -- 2 hours on the phone with them and all they did was try to sell me the same plan at a higher cost. LIARS! I am going to cancel as soon as I get my other internet back up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TAKING A CHANCE ON THIS COMPANY. Plus the 5gb was not even fast. It literally goes down to 34kbs. And the modem resets for no reason and says 'no sim error' every couple of hours.

The worst nightmare youll ever encounter, run for your life. Tmobile does not know long distance. After 8 years of torturing me, charging me Non Roaming calls done 100% via wifi I am ending a 10 year relationship with a horrible carrier. They live to lie so they can get your money, they do not care if you are dead, all they want is to charge left and right. Always have proof of anything you say because they never believe you. Dont do business with them!!

T Mobile is a bait and switch company. When they tell you there are no hidden costs, it is a lie. When they tell you, you can quit at anytime without penalty, it is a lie. When you think you're buying a charger from them, they will tell you it is just the tax you paid and you have to pay for it over 9 months. In your 14 day grace period, the store tells you it is a customer service issue at corporate. The back and forth goes on and on until you have no recourse. When the internet service isn't working, after 2 months they tell you it isn't going to work but you have to continue to pay for it. Everyone don't buy TMobile and sell there stock.

I bought a samsungwatch for my wife for xmas and it won't hold a charge for more than 3-4 hrs for just wearing it, nothing else. Don't buy a Samsung watch from t mobile. They don't care, u hv 14 days to return abd pay restocking fees or use the expensive ins and get a refurbished watch and they get ur new watch for free. It seems to me they just want to rip u off.

had service with sprint for many years and used auto pay for 2 phones. Sprint was purchased by T-Mobile. My two phones were transferred to T -mobile and they gave me a third phone number for free. I could not get reception at my home with T mobile so within a few weeks, I went to the T-Mobile store and transferred my two phone numbers to AT&T and closed my T-mobile account. This transaction occurred between T-Mobile and AT&T in the T-Mobile store. There was no receipt, email or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile. I only received a confirmation from AT&T that my two numbers were transferred and a verbal confirmation in their store by the T-Mobile representative that my T-Mobile account was closed. This is because my two numbers were transferred successfully to AT&T all because I had no phone reception. T-Mobile then began using auto pay to my credit card from November 2022 to nov 2023. When my account was closed due to lack of service, I assumed the free phone was also canceled for the same reason, lack of reception, and told the account closed. There was no notification, billing email or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile ,They simply began charging my credit card with auto pay that was initially set up with sprint. T-Mobile never sent me a bill, never notified me that a bill would soon be auto paid for a “free phone” from my credit card account . They have been drawing from my account for a service “ I did not receive”. I do not have receipts, billing emails or correspondence of any kind from T-Mobile. I only have statements from my credit card company showing T-Mobile withdrawing $1541.04 from November 2022 to November 2023 for a service I did not receive, that I authorized sprint to auto withdraw.
