Just try to stop services. What a run around. They say they can provide coverage (nope). They say they will cancel service (nope-will continue to bill you when you cannot log in to your account because it is CANCELED). make you jump through every hoop to cancel and then say "oops something went wrong, try again later)

T Mobile charged me and raised my…
T Mobile charged me and raised my monthly fee the next month after I disconnect service. It went from $50 to $69. When I complained about it they are now going to refund $19 of it saying that I owed a partial payment or some crap. It's been almost three months and I haven't received my partial refund. They're very deceptive and have totally terribly unreliable service.

Wish I could give Zero stars

The reps over the phone do not listen and are useless. I get that English is not most of the reps’ first language and that’s okay!. But It is not okay to be unable to comprehend the billing error even after explaining to them the issue several times.
Never dealt with such bad/incompetent reps. Spent an hour explaining to them that my bill was wrong - that they were charging me for a device I didn’t receive. The reps suggestion was to go their store in Bellevue, Washington. I AM ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTRY, YOU STUPID CHICK! The rep was literally looking at my bill for the past thirty minutes and knew where I was calling from. SMH.

Promotional Scams and POOR service
Their promotional phone offerings are scams. Beware ! They know they have you and will cancel the promotion after the fact. I have been on the phone with them 4 or 5 hours over the past few months. I was promised an upgraded phone to send in my working phone! Ha You can never get a supervisor, never get the same person and Never get anything corrected. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years, 3 lines, numerous phones and have never received a promotion, but did get scammed and they do not record the discussions because if they did they would know I was scammed. Don't use them!!!!

T-Mobile Does Not Care About YOU
I am very very displeased with this company. I was with them from the beginning, my first cellphone. Was mostly satisfied and felt brand loyality -- which was stupid because they felt no loyalty to me. Did absolutley nothing to try to retain my business, no phone upgrade, nothing. Then they charged me a $36 cancellation fee because I switched mid billing cycle. Apparently those were the terms I'd signed up for 20 years ago. I had no idea! Newer customers are not subject to the penalty - but I was punished for cancelling. They would not refund the penalty, not a lick of gratitude. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. Probably none really do - but this felt appauling to be so devalued and subject to penalty. Very sour grapes here.

I wish I could give zero stars
I wish I could give zero stars. I have been with T-mobile for some years, recently I wanted to just replace my phone and went to the store, at the store I was told I was eligible for a promotion, Netflix, AAA, and Apple TV and that the increased cost of my phone would be covered by T-mobile paying for these services, DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU, for Netflix I had an additional member I asked if I could still keep my same plan and I would just pay the additional cost, the answer was yes, LIE, IF YOU LINK YOUR ACCOUNT YOUR ADDITIONAL MEMBER IS DELETED, Same question for AAA I asked if they pay for the basic plan and I can upgrade, answer YES, NO IT'S A LIE so I end up with basic, I didn't even try for apple TV. I was also told that 3 trackers would be provided to me free of charge, when I asked if there was any cost at all since I did not need trackers I was told NO, LIE, THERE IS A $6 PER MONTH SERVICE CHARGE. When I contacted customer service today to try and understand why my bill was so high, the answer was "well you didn't link your netflix etc.," well you never told me that, I thought I was just being provided a rebate to cover the costs of netflix, AAA and Apple against my phone, then when I asked about the tracker I was told of course you have to pay for the service, we are paying the cost of the trackers, when I said that I had asked and was told it was free and that had I known I would not have taken them I was told you are past buyers remorse now sorry, what else can I do, well not charge me for something I never wanted, sorry I can't do that. Worst service ever, it's time to look for a new provider who does not offer perks that are not really perks and lie, just let me exchange one phone for another and don't make me think like your giving me a deal.

Worst phone operator I have ever had
I am very displeased with the service! I was in need of more high speed data exceptionally as I am travelling this month, but didn't want to change my plan. I have talked to a T-mobile helper via chat and to another in a store to request to help me add high speed data to my current prepaid plan and no one helped me. The person in the chat said I needed to call customer service BUT GAVE ME A WRONG NUMBER which was not active. The person in the store said they could not just add data to my line and began insisting that I upgrade my plan to a more costly one, saying it was the only way they could help me get more high speed data. I didn't want or need to upgrade my plan as I normally never use up all my data, it only happened this month due to a long road trip during I needed google maps constantly. I later found out by myself that there is an option in the t-mobile website account called Data pass, that allows to add high speed data WITHOUT UPGRADING YOUR PREPAID PLAN. I had to figure it out on my own, no one from T-mobile mentioned it or tried to help me with my specific needs, I only felt like they were trying to make me subscribe to a more costly plan. This is the worst service from a phone operator I have experienced in my life. I am shocked.

Tmobile refuses to explain bill or mail it
I have been with T-Mobile for a number of years. Whenever I had a problem, I went into the store and had great customer service. About a year ago, I was told that I was not allowed to do that anymore. I was told to call 611. It is impossible to talk to anyone. Wait times are terrible. I have been lied to about what my bill would be & it is always much higher than what I am told. Today, I decided to text in and request all my bills be sent to me the old fashion way by the mail so I could see how my bill is determined. Response: why don’t you contact some other department so they can help you. I asked if T-Mobile refuses to send out paper bills and she refused to answer that question. I asked if she heard this motto: the customer is always right? She would not answer. I just want to see how my bill is determined or to see a paper bill.
Customer service is very poor and I feel like I am not wanted as a customer any more so I give them 1 star. I have a cervical spine injury from car accidents and need to keep my neck relaxed. My poor neck is very painful after this & my spinal cord impingement is awful.
