Been with this Tmobile for over 10 years. Today they just texted all customers that beginning June 5th, they will increase the rate by $5 and add $2 to all lines. This is ridiculous! This is all political games, F!!!! Switching today to another Carrier. Good luck!

I wish I could have given less stars. Like -a bllion
I am being billed and I returned the equipment. The representative in the Phillipines put in the wrong password and I do not exist. I do exist for auto pay. It is like being eaten by a SHARK.

Don't walk away from Tmobile RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I lost my iPhone and went to T-Mobile, they charge me $525 after insurance unlike sprint who charged $75 for insurance replacement. The second day the phone broke and happens repeatedly. When I asked to have the replacement, phone exchanged they say I will need to pay another $525. The phone lasted 1 day?!?!? 25 years and this is what you do? I have Parkinsons and rely upon my phone for medical emergencies. I've called 10 T-Mobile's and they are all terrible.

TMOB has changed for the worse once…
TMOB has changed for the worse once merging with AT&T all went down hill. Surprise, surprise! There are good local US veteran owned carriers and greedy globalist TMOB no longer has the U.S. consumer's best interest at heart. Horrible experience leaving TMOB after 13 years. AI robots--no joke!--found ways to aggressively hit me hard financially so TMOB can make more profit. Take it from me, not worth it!

SALES PERSONAL are nothing but LIARS.
SALES PERSONAL are nothing but LIARS.
My roommate and I were shopping in Walmart minding our own business. Two gentlemen approached us and told us they only had 2 phones left for less than $2 each. So we went to their little setup. There we were told our cell phone bill would be less than $50 each with unlimited everything and if not happy, our new phones would be unlocked in 30 days and we could then use them with any cell phone company. We both started getting bills for over $80 a month plus charging us for the new phones. All these lies have caused me to lose a cell phone number I've had over 25 years. That's a long time to have same number. On tv they were advertising unlimited for elderly for $25 monthly but yet wouldn't give me that rate. Now I have no phone, very sick and owe this company almost $600 which I cannot pay with a fixed income. I was happy with company I had. And would of stayed there had they not LIED to us.
Then T-Mobile acted like I was one lying. AND our phones are now locked and can't be used. Be careful. They will LIE to you just to get your money!!!!

THANK YOU FOR THE REVIEWS
I’ve been in the cellular business since 1985. I was considering switching to T-Mobile mainly because of their rates and promises. When I read the reviews. I couldn’t believe that every single review was one star. I’m absolutely not and I probably never will use T-Mobile for my service. Thanks for the review people. You saved me a lot of headaches.

Sub par Customer service
I have had the T-Mobile 55+ plan for over 5 years. After the first year I was notified that I needed to come into a store and show proof that I qualified for this plan. Okay, things happen and mistakes are made so, I went into a local store and showed them my license and they made a copy. Settled right? No and the following year I once again had to prove that was NOT getting younger and still qualified for the 55+ plan. Needless to say I was rather frustrated but I was assured that this time everything was taken care of and I would not need to do this again. And it seemed be resolved as two years passed without an issue. That is until a few weeks ago when I received a text asking me to ring proof (of age) into a local store in order to keep my discount. At first I thought it must be a mistake so I called customer service but was told I only had one option-I have to go to a store and show my proof. I said no, I am not doing it again. I requested a manager. His resolution? I could FAX or mail it to them. I am still not happy but, fine, okay. Then, several days later I was contacted by a T-Mobile rep in response to a review I left. This young man named Mitchell told me "I am showing your account has been updated. I do not know why you are getting those messages." He assured me (yeah, I know) that everything was fine with my account. Then yesterday I got a "Last chance to keep your current plan" text requesting I visit a store with proof that I am not a female Benjamin Buttons! Once again I called customer service, this time speaking to a lovely young lady named Devone (?). At first thought she must be a recording or a parrot because all she did was repeat the same sentence over and over. "All you have to do is take your license into a store." No matter how many times I said no, I will be inconvenienced again. She would not hear me and just kept repeating herself. And, when I asked for a manager or supervisor she actually refused, stating "They will just tell you the same thing I have." Then she actually said to me "You qualify to add another line if you have a smartwatch or want to add someone. Would you like to do that?" I could only laugh and I said "Do you not see how asinine it is to aske ME that question considering why I have called?" I am a telephone customer representative myself, I am actually on our leadership line which means I handle mostly complaints and troubleshooting and I would never, ever treat a customer like this. There was no assistance, no offer of assistance and definitely no empathy or understanding. So now I get to spend my weekend finding a new cell phone carrier.

WORST SERVICE EVER
They have the worst Internet service ever. We had more interruptions that I can count. They may be inexpensive but I guess you get what you paid for. I can't tell you the number of times we had to unplug, re-plug, unplug, rep-lug, on and on and on because of interruptions. And as for their Customer Service Dept., excuse after excuse after excuse. Ever offer a discount for the month, or a free month, NO. And now we find that even though we discontinued the Service just 8 days after our last payment period, we have to pay for the entire month as they don't pro-rate the service. And that's the same as our cell phone service also which we discontinued. So I have to pay a full month's bill for just 10 days of service. BIG TIP, GO ELSEWHERE EVEN IF IT COST A LITTLE MORE. Like I said, I guess you get what you paid for.
