the t-mobile network is great but both logins on the t-mobile money app and the t-mobile app as well as their online services NEEDS to FIX the logins,,, i have had major issues when trying to login with my correct email and password and they FAIL to log me in even after i successfuly change my passwords and locks me out for 24 hours!!!??? PLEASE FIX ASAP

What made my experience great about T-mobile, is the satisfying ways the company brings til today, like internet, phone service and text messaging. The company is doing well, by the service it provides through out.

I visited T-Mobile store #449E located at 3153 E Main Street, Mohegan Lake, NY 10547. Today, the store was very busy and most of the customers came in with attitudes. But Roxy and handle all customers with patient's and respect. Guys you are a great plus the service Roxy and Noah gave me after all they went through was outstanding. You guys won over i will go back to the old store. My issue was resolved. Thank you and Thank you. Vivian Pabon

Absolutely excellent customer service. It is due to my customer care team that i will not use another cellular company. I've seen the bad reviews and it's sad that you put in a bad review because you were late on a bill, and they wouldn't waive a charge. Or you make some mistake and lower the rating for a company. I wonder what they would rate you as a customer? I use Tmobile Money to pay my account, get lots of lines, lots of phone. Hard to believe it's been 13 years since I got my daughter a sweet sixteen phone. Love TMo

Update 2025: Still Strong in Customer Service. 2023: T-Mobile Has Been The Path Maker for Extraordinary Customer Service. No other company has reached this level. T-Mobile has maintained this extraordinary level since the early 2000s. With that said, there are just some staff at local stores who are basically incompetent and lazy. As far as customer service on a corporate level, T-Mobile is the best.

Sinds mijn 16e zeer tevreden klant bij T-Mobile voor mobiel abonnementen + sinds 2019 ook Internet thuis. Aantal jaren tussen door was ik klant ergens anders maar bij terug komst in 2019 kreeg ik een mooie Welkom's pakket omdat ik een van hun aller eerste klant was die weer bij hun terug kwam. Ze hebben mij gelijk herkent in hun systeem. Alles was gauw geregeld! Onlangs overgestapt naar Glasvezel Internet thuis en er was een foutief aansluiting in de buiten kast + administratief fout in systeem, beide fouten waren gedaan door andere bedrijven die ondergrondse werkzaamheden moesten doen betreft nieuwe glasvezel lijnen aanleggen en aansluiten. T-Mobile heeft alle problemen zelf opgelost op fantastisch manier! De service, diensten, medewerk(st)ers alles is geweldig! Ze houden constant contact met mij om te kijken of alles goed loopt etc. Ik heb eindelijk de glasvezel verbinding thuis die supersnel en super stabiel is voor een laag prijsje! Met mijn mobiel abonnementen was ik al zeer tevreden. Ik zou T-Mobile aan iedereen aanraden! :] Zij hebben de laagste prijs voor beste service en diensten, echt mijn complimenten wil ik hierbij kwijt aan iedereen die dit kan lezen.
