I've been having the worst experience with T-Mobile My calls have been dropping for months I call T-Mobile and they sent me a new SIM card It didn't work. They decided to change and do esim and it was worst and they tell me they were going to give me a new phone and then I didn't receive it. So I called T-Mobile and they tell me they don't know what I am talking about and I never get a new phone and I spend hours on the phone with T-Mobile. T-Mobile doesn't care about their customers just money. It's Wednesday June 12/2024 and my calls are still dropping!!!

Tmobile is the worst! Do not use them as your carrier. They have the worst customer service in the business today, i mean the worst! Useless! Nothing but lazy, incompetent, ignorant, lazy people working there! I cant say enough bad things, because they do NOTHING correct and they dont care to as well. Their equipment provided is the worst, absolute junk mailed out to customers. Their service is the worst, issues with every tower used by cell customers. Everything that can go wrong with cellphones, will go wrong, when using TM. ANY carrier would be better than Tmobile!!!

I purchase home internet went inside store they charge me $150.00 but only put 30$ on receipt tried returning equipment because couldn't get to work found out the workers been stealing from the customers the store located Tallahassee Monroe Street they wanted to trespass me but couldn't they was wrong so please look at your receipt and make sure your being charge the right thing

Tried switching to T-Mobile Business from Verizon. Let just say that the payment being half the cost sounds great. We had previous problems with T-Mobile so we were extremely cautious. They sent us 3 phones to try their service before we would sign a contract. Had no problems with the service with these demo phones. We even found that the service was better in areas that we knew had light spotty service with Verizon. Signed contract and received all the business phones. Boom..no service anywhere. Dropped calls. Couldn’t make phone calls to our own lines while standing next to each other. T-Mobile said we just had a tower go down and we should have it back up within a couple weeks. Weeks later tower back up but service not any better. Mind you we are not in a rural area. Had to switch back to Verizon to have any service. T-Mobile sent us a bill for over $15k. Verizon bill for new phones was $8k to come back. Don’t EVER think of using T-Mobile!

Watch for the bait and switch trade in lies!

We switch to t-mobile the biggest mistake ever there customer service was horrible the cell service was terrible and you get a different response from everyone you talk to very non reliable company

Went to a t mobile store front and spent $1500 on a new phone and of course they don't have it in store so i have to have it shipped. 4 days later its still delayed by UPS, in the mean time i have no phone. What is the purpose of a store front if you dont have phones in there to sell? I also had to go back to the store cancel and reorder because they ordered the wrong phone. What a bunch of morons!

With them 4 to 5 years grduaaly became like Verizon, very expensive good gone to bad customer service . Canceled subscription they went into my auto draft took 150.00 out of my account for equipment some of which was 6myears old, told me they would refund d if I returned equipment whic I did. Told me they would send label for shipping took about 6 calls before they had me down load a shipping label. Sent in equipment, called six to 10 times told by everyone they would do refund never happened then they billed me another 60.00 for services which they never explained. Very,very,very angry with these slime. Now they sent to collectionss for for the 60 dollars and have never done refund of 150.00 so out over 210. For what I do not know. Went to store they are just a bunch of commissioned guys who do nothing at all, a completely impotent company who only wants to steal your money.
